SKMH seeks to recruit a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the position of

IT Manager at the Sonja Kill Memorial Hospital (SKMH) in Kampot Province.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develops new applications from beginning to end (System Analysis & Design, Coding,
Debugging, Testing)
Maintains existing applications
Innovates data visualization and presentation techniques
Creates code that meets system standards
Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements
Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
Install and configure network equipment
Solve daily problem with user in Software and Hardware, Microsoft office, Virus, Office
machine, Networks, LAN/WAN security, Cabling structure, Internet & E-mail.
Repair Computer Desktop, Laptop and Server.
Maintaining file, Database, and mail server, user support & trouble shooting.

2. Job Requirements / Work Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields;
At least 1+ year experience in networking and working knowledge of Networking
(WAN & LAN) and troubleshooting;
Experience in hardware and software management
Good service orientation and drive for performance.
Good English.
To accomplish the tasks as scheduled to support the functions of the hospital
High flexibility due to the circumstances and / or hospital requirement and willing to
work additional hours at crucial times.
A person of integrity, creativity and one who takes initiative
To comply with SKMH Employee Hand Book and Cambodian Labor Law
Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
Self motivated person able to work without close supervision

3. Working Environment / Physical Demands of Job

May be required to work at weekend and public holiday in case of network trouble
shooting, etc.
Provide technical training /coaching to staff members or co-worker.
Cooperate with the other technical team.
