CHED COMPLIANCE All colleges have submitted the Program Mapping Report in compliance with Policies, Standards and Guidelines (PSG) of the Commission on Higher Education. In order to determine the compliance of the curricular programs to the policies, standards and guidelines set by CHED, all programs were subjected to CHEDs Certificate of Program Compliance. CSU Rating in Licensure Exams The College of Medicine produced 22 new doctors in the August 2014 Physician Licensure Examination reaping an over-all passing rate of 88%%

Economic Education and Regional Economic Development towards ASEAN 2015was the theme of the event and it was attended by select CSU faculty members & students, State Universities and Colleges, Line Agencies, Higher Education Institutions, Local Government Units, and National Economic Development Authority.
CLASSROOM OBSERVATION AND FACULTY EVALUATION
The Department Chairs of the different colleges have already visited classes for the regular classroom observation in order to assess and monitor teaching performance to ensure quality and excellent instruction. Moreover, they have started soliciting feedback from the students regarding their teachers performance through the standard teachers evaluation tool. REVIVAL OF THE PANADDAMAN MUSEUM
Recognizing the need to preserve the culture of the Ibanags, the Campus, through the Office of the Musuem Coordinator, is re-launching the Panaddamman Museum on the 1 st week of October. The Museum Council, formed to spearhead the revival of the museum, visited recognized museums in Manila as a benchmarking strategy. Among the ones visited were: the University of Sto. Tomas Museum, UST Heritage Library, the National Commission of Culture and the Arts, and the National Museum.

Fourteen (14) faculty members of the College took the National Certification on Computer Troubleshooting and Hardware Servicing (NC II) at TESDA, Aparri, Cagayan on August 24, 2014. Fortunately, all passed the said examination with emphasis on computer installation, troubleshooting and computer networking.

SEMINAR ON COMPUTER GAME SIMULATION
With the continuous commitment of the College of Information and Computing Sciences to provide its clienteles with the latest trends in ICT and in its quest for quality and excellence, the College through the Alliance of Computer Enthusiasts (ACE) conducted a Seminar on Computer Game Simulation for BSCS students and some selected faculty members on August 22, 2014.
The activity aimed to provide the participants with the necessary concepts on how to deal with disasters through the aid of Information and Commzunications Technology with emphasis on Modelling and Simulation. Dr. Rafael Saldana, a Professor at the Ateneo De Manila University and a National Coordinator for ACM emphasized that IT enthusiasts can help in disaster management only if they work together and collaborate with each other in order to come-up with sophisticated software (i.e, Mobile Apps, Game Dev) that could monitor disasters. A Computer Game Simulation was demonstrated after the lecture at the Computer Laboratory, CSU Carig.

AUTOMATED ELECTION SYSTEM
For the first time in the history of politics in Cagayan State University, Carig Campus, the college designed the automated election system for the campus student government election on July 2, 2014. This was undertaken to systematically collate and determine the immediate results of the election. This was made possible by two (2) faculty members of the college namely, Mr Ray Kim Baylon and Mr. Francis Joseph Reyes through the leadership of the Dean.
COLLEGE OF HUMAN KINETICS The College conducted Functional Fitness training for All CHK Faculty members and students last July 15. Mr. Rafael Lacar, Fitness First General Manager Dubai , U. A. E, was invited as the speaker. Consequently, a MOA has been signed between CHK and Mr. Lacar. 3000 Basic PE students, 30 musicians and 25 faculty members helped and assisted the city government during the First Tuguegarao AFI- Festival. COLLEGE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY The college, in its desire to provide better instructional equipment among its students, requested several agencies like the Department of Public Works and Highways, R02, the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Trade and Industry, through their regional directors, for the transfer, without cost, of any unused vehicle, generator sets and other unused facilities from their office to College of Industrial Technology. Two (2) vehicles from BIR (transfer without cost) were acquired for Instructional Purposes
COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES In order to enhance student learning through alternative instructional methods, students were encouraged to participate in the Regional Science Fair sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology. The College, through the AB Mass Communication program, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Science and Technology for the production of a national and regional AVP for the agency. Ganal (DOST I) and the Launching of Food Innovation Center (FIC) by the DOST region 2 which envisioned to help transform the agriculture-based Cagayan Valley into a food processing haven.
OTHER STUDENT ACTIVITIES Campus Journalism Day July 26, 2014 Anchored on the theme, Upholding Campus Press Freedom: Defending Students Rights and Welfare, the Promethean held the Campus Journalism Day on July 26, 2014 at the CSU Red Eagle Gymnasium. Activities during the day were debate competition, literary writing which included feature writing, poetry writing and essay writing. The different colleges actively participated during the Journalism Day.

Ibanag Week Celebration
In its aim to promote and preserve the Ibanag culture, Cagayan State University through its Ibanag Museum organized and conducted the first Ibanag Week last August 11-14, in partnership with the City Government of Tuguegarao. Dubbed as I Pallipay ta Naggafanan, the Ibanag Week featured cultural events such as photography contest, dance and musical competition, palavvun (riddle)quiz bowl, cookfest, Ibanag games and various activities highlighting the traditions, values and lifestyle of the Ibanags.
A press conference was held at the CICS Conference Hall to promote the various activities during the Ibanag Week and to inform the public about the efforts of Cagayan State University and the City Government of Tuguegarao regarding the preservation of the Ibanag culture. The press conference was graced by the members of the local and national media.
Campus Nutrition Month The Carig Campus Student Government (CCSG) celebrated the Annual Nutrition Month on July 28 at CSU Red Eagle Gymnasium with the theme: Kalamidad Paghandaan: Gutom at Malnutrisyon Agapan The celebration included activities such as Nutri-jingle Competition, Slogan making, Poster Making, Collage making, Cookfest, essay writing, pagsusulat ng sanaysay and nutria quiz bee.

Buwan ng Wika Celebration With the theme, Wikang Filipino, Wika ng Pagkakaisa, the CCSG commemorated the Buwan ng Wika Celebration at the CSU Red Eagle gymansium, August 26. In sports, the activities included Patintero, Luksong Tinik, Bati Cobra, Tumabang Preso, Kadang Kadang, Dama , Tug of War, Sack race, Limbo rock, Sungka, Touching ball and breaking the pot. Meanwhile competitions in Academics were the following: Dagliang Talumpati, Pagsulat ng Sanaysay, Pagkukuwento, Sabayang Bigkas and Bugtungan. Students also enjoyed the contested events in Socio-Cultural like Balagtarap, Sayawitan, Tipa at Tugtugan and Likhawit. National Teachers Celebration Recognizing the need to cultivate the Filipino culture that celebrates all teachers service and heroism, the Cagayan State University Carig Campus was in harmony with the National Teachers Month celebration on Sept. 5 to October 5. Spearheaded by the Communications Office, the campus launched two activities: Selfie with my Teacher and Gift for my Teacher.

R&D Reviews of the College of Engineering, College of Industrial Technology and College of Information and Computing Sciences were undertaken separately where ongoing and completed researches and project proposalswere presented and reviewed and further improved and presented during the Campus review.
6. Conducted the 2014 Campus R&D In-house Review on August 27 29, 2014. The review aimed to disseminate results of completed researches and to present on-going and research proposals for improvement and refinement. Reviewers came from the University and Campus faculty-researchers. Out of the 73 identified researches to be presented, a total of 51 researches were actually presented and reviewed (the rest did not present) as indicated in Table 4.

17. Through the TAURUS Project, a Community Police Action Center (COMPAC) was launched in the campus to improve the peace and order situation for the benefit of the students, faculty, and staff.
18. Aside from the 2RPSB and the TCPS, the Campus also assisted the Penablanca Police Station, Lal-lo Police Station, and the Lasam Police Station in the preparation of their Performance Governance System Report. A consultation was set for each of the Police Stations in the conduct of their SWOT and Gap Analysis. The Penablanca Police Station and the TCPS was also assisted by the campus in coming up with their own newsletters.

The Project In- charge now finalizing the inventory of all merchandise to include school uniforms, p.e, college shirts, logo, and I.D strap and holder to facilitate payment to the suppliers.
The Project In- charge and the Business Office Coordinator already certified payment for St. Andrew Publishing, one of the suppliers of books in the Campus.
From the monitoring of the Project In-charge, all suppliers to include books and uniforms had completed their deliveries except for the College Organizational shirts.
Three (3) personnel had availed of the Loan Program;
On September 10, 2014, the IGP Coordinators with the Business Office Coordinator attended the IGP MEETING(Presentation of Income Status, Project Strategies and Business Plans for the Campus) participated in by all IGP Coordinators and Heads from the eight (8) satellites of CSU;
The Project In-charge now issuing a monthly Billing/ salary deduction to all who availed of this program;
On September 22, 2014, the Project In-charge went to CSU Andrews to discuss working paper on Application Loan with the University Internal Auditor;
The Business Office conducted a meeting with Savers Appliance Depot and both parties agreed to conduct an Appliance Caravan Sale in the Campus to be held on November 17-21, 2014;
The Campus Executive Officer approved the Business Office proposal on Extending Loan Program to Construction Supplies.
The Campus Business Office was able to collect Twenty- One Thousand Pesos (21,000.00) from Space Rentals during the conduct of the DOST Trade Fair;
In its attempt to help the Campus in strengthening its security regulations, the Business Office issued valid Identification Cards to all Campus Business Operators;
The Project In- charge now issuing the monthly Billing to all Campus Business Operators to facilitate monthly monitoring;
Two Campus Business operators paid their arrears amounting to a total of Thirty-six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (36,400.00);
During the Campus Intramurals 2014, three outside vendors availed of the One Week Space Rental of the Business Office. Likewise the College of Medicine had guaranteed that they ought to give Republic of the Philippines CAGAYAN STATE UNIVERSITY Carig Campus Carig, Tuguegarao City
10% of the total collection of their Space Rental activities during their College Week. Hence, the Business Office is expecting for almost Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00) to be added on the IGP Profit;
