Flanged fittings dimension changes
This table details the flanged fittings changes being made. These changes will
be introduced during 2006 and will be reflected in the latest version of PAMCAD,
available from www.saint-gobain-pipelines.co.uk
All fittings supplied by Saint-Gobain pipelines are fully compliant to BS EN 545/598.

Worldwide harmonisation of fittings dimensions means that the laying length
of the socketed fittings also may vary from current supply. However the normal
practice within the industry of cutting pipes on site permits different laying
lengths of socketed fittings to be utilised without any problem. All socketed
fittings supplied are fully in accordance with BS EN 545/598 and individual
lengths are given in the relevant catalogues.
