All teams participating in Tournament must complete and submit Registration Form and $30 payment (on or
before Oct 30

) or $60 payment the day of. No refunds for no shows and no entries with non-cleared checks!!
Rules:
No Vulgar Team Names
No Profanity
Player can only Register for one team
No Protesting- Refs have final word
No team on court at game time YOU forfeit
Coin Toss winner chooses serve/ receive or
court side
Ball served can tip net

Rotate at Every service change
If ball lands on boundary line it is in
Play best 2 out of 3 per match

By submitting registration and payment you agree that CHYAA and /or facility is not liable for personal injuries,
damages, lost/stolen items of person or property. All players must play in there bracket, on only one team. This is
based on a honors system, but if found breaking rules all games are disqualified for those teams with no refund of
money. If your team is found being disrespectful to officials and other teams you may be disqualified with no refunds.
