PROBLEM SUMMARY

The web-application aims at provides the candidates ability to register to this
application and search for jobs, manage their accounts.

As this is a well designed and easy-to-use communication system will certainly
give the job portal an edge over the other job portals with outdated and manual
communication system, with manpower doing the bulk of data transfer in the
form of files and paper documents.

With automatic features like getting candidates information, company
information, getting job vacancies this web application turns out to be a very
suitable one for any type of company which requires an efficient and secure
communication among the candidates.


DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
What is the Aim of this system?

The pupose of designing the online job portal is to give the job seekers a
platform for finding a right and a satisfactory job according to their
qualification. It also connects the job seekers with the major agencies.

Purpose:

We have developed the job-portal. This portal can handle data of Recruits
(Several Companies) who are looking for suitable candidates for their
vacancies.

This portal will be most useful for Consultants for searching of matching
job with jobseekers etc.

The classic Functionality of this Application focuses on data storage.
However, the means to retrieve and analyze data, to extract, transform and
load data, and to manage the data dictionary.

An administrator is provided through which can enter Recruiters record
/type of jobs/jobseekers description. A registration form is provided
through which user can enter details of company like location of
company/type of job/status of job/Qualification of jobseekers. This data
once entered can be edited/deleted as required when there will be vast
entries of data user can scroll the data.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

This system provides facility to the Job Seeker to search for various jobs as
per his qualification. Here Job Seeker can registered himself on the web portal
and create his profile along with his educational information. Job Seeker can
search various jobs and apply for the Job.

This Portal is also designed for the various employer who required to recruit
employees in their organization. Employer can registered himself on the web
portal and then he can upload information of various job vacancies in their
organization. Employeer can view the applications of Job Seeker and send call
latter to the job seekers.

Admin can view the details of posted jobs, employees and job seekers, he/she
confirm or reject the registration of employee. he/she can also view the
feedbacks from employees and users.
