4.0 EXECUTION OF PRE0COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES
Contractor s#all complete all pre-commissioning acti!ities in accordance
,it# guidelines gi!en in *audi R)C4 *tandards6-re-commissioning
forms. Contractor s#all ,rite necessary procedures and o$tain appro!al
from Company prior to commencing ,or1 and s#all carry out t#e ,or1
in accordance ,it# appro!ed procedures.

5.0 PROCEDURES

C#ec1 t#e completion documents along ,it# all design
documents to s-$uilt.
C#ec1 detector layout% alarm $ells and ot#ers accessories ,ere
installed as per appro!ed dra,ings.
C#ec1 t#e continuity for all t#e loop lines% conductor to conductor
resistance.
)a1e sure electric #ead of /o!ec 1237 are not connected to
cylinders.
T#e installed equipments ,ill $e inspected and t#e integrity of t#e
installation !erified.
)ec#anical test ,ill comprise of a p#ysical inspection of
installation and termination of eac# ca$les and equipment.
Eac# field de!ice must $e indi!idually tested to ensure t#at it
transmits t#e correct signal to &C- t#roug# loops.
Connect t#e loops to t#e panel and po,er t#e panel C 0 DC.
