About IIHMR University
THE IIHMR University, Jaipur is the first of its kind in India, with attention focused on
healthcare/pharmaceutical management education & research. The University undertakes
education, training, research and consultancy in Hospital management, Health management and
Pharmaceutical management

MBA Pharmaceutical Management is a two-year full-time program. The program was started
by IIHMR keeping in view the rapid growth & opportunities in pharmaceutical sector. It is a flagship
educational program aiming at developing trained professionals with requisite skills in planning and
operating the pharmaceutical systems.
The broad objective of the program is to build knowledge and skill to perform as effective
professionals in Pharmaceutical systems, both in the public and private sectors. The Program has the
following objectives:
To help understand concepts and techniques of modern management and their application
in making the managerial roles of the participants efficient and effective.
To develop skills of analyzing, diagnosing and solving operational problems in the delivery of
pharmaceutical services.
To help learn the application of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools as applicable to
pharmaceutical industry.
To help understand and appreciate methodologies of pharmaceutical management training
and develop skills with focus on strategic responsibility for training and human resources
development for the pharmaceutical industry.
To enlarge the outlook and vision of the participants about the larger background and
context of pharmaceutical management in their practical process.

Placements
The University has an excellent placement record with renowned pharmaceutical organizations at
the national and international levels. All the students of the graduated batch-2014, secured
placements several months prior to the award of the degree.

No wonder the Students of the graduated batches of the IIHMR University have
managed to attain 100% placement & with average package of 5 lakhs and the highest
package of 11 lakhs p.a.
