Each kg of Tylomix contains: 250 gram of Tylosin phosphate
Mechanism of Action:
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic with a bacteriostatic effect (inhibiting the synthesis of the bacterial proteins)
against Gram-positive and some Gram-negative microorganisms. Tylosin battles Enterobacteriaceae E.
coli, Salmonella spp., through anti-adhesive activity. By hindering adhesion on the intestinal vili,
penetration through the intestinal mucous membrane cannot occur, as a result, their colonizations phase is
impeded as well. Tylosin also acts against spirochete and some other large viruses.
TARGET SPECIES: Poultry
INDICATIONS:
Control, prevention and treatment of infections caused by tylosin-sensitive pathogenic
microorganisms.
Control, prevention and treatment of mycoplasmosis, chronic respiratory disease, and infectious
synovitis in chickens and turkeys.
Control , prevention and treatment of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens
Improved Feed Conversion Rate
Increases weight gain
Increases egg production through control of MG and MS
Dosage and ADMINISTRATION:For prevention of chronic respiratory disease in Chickens and infectious
sinusitis and synovitis in
Poultry : 3.5 4.5 kg per ton daily during the first day until day 5 and with the same dose for another 12
days during age 34 week.
Breeder
Low risk of MG 200 g per ton from age 20 till end
Medium risk of MG 1 kg per ton for one month then continue 200 g per ton till end
High risk of MG 2 kg per ton for one month then continue 200 g per ton till end

Broiler & replacement chickens 3.5 4.5 kg per ton daily during the first day till day age 5 and with same
dose for another 1 2 days during age 3 5 week.
Layers In order to improve FCR : 200 g per ton
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Tylosin must not be given to calves, or any lactating animals that produce milk
intended for human consumption. It must not be given to laying hens in poultry farms, which produce eggs
for human consumption. It also is not intended for horses.
Interaction: Do not mix or use simultaneously with other feed grade
antibiotics.
Withdrawal time: 5 days before slaughter
Storage: Store in cool, dry and dark place and keep out of reach of children.
Packaging: 5 kg package.
