The products in the new Autumn-Winter 2014/2015
collection take technical complexity to a whole new
level. Our experts have worked tirelessly to deliver
equipment that ofers unrivalled performance and
can withstand the most extreme conditions,
ensuring that you experience the perfect ride. And
we have not compromised on safety, with all our
products having received Personnal Protection
Equipment EC certifcation (PPE).
This new collection, as you will see, is designed to
exacting standards, with each and every product
embodying this commitment to technical
excellence. Rando, for example, is an explorer's
jacket for "DISCOVERY" users. It features a wide
choice of materials and intricate technical details
that will satisfy even the most demanding explorer.
As well as delivering superlative technical quality,
we also understand the importance of appearance,
and this is refected in our product design process.
"PULSE" users enthusiastic pleasure-seekers will
fnd a range of original jackets such as Jaap, the frst
CE-certifed softshell jacket with integrated hood.
The collection also features new "METRO" products,
resolutely practical items designed with urban users
in mind. For these users, we have created three new
items of equipment, with an understated yet stylish
design and innovative features that enable these
jackets to be worn both on-road and of-road.
To help users choose the right product, we have
introduced two new cuts. In addition to our existing
"Body Fit" and "King and Queen Size" cuts, we now
ofer "Regular Fit" a classic, straight cut. "Regular
Fit" products are ideal for use in all environments. We
have also created a new "Athletic Fit" cut, which ofers
even greater comfort and a genuine casual look.
Protect Air, the frst wireless airbag, continues to
demonstrate its innovative capabilities, having been
awarded the maximum SRA certifcation (5 stars). It
is becoming increasingly popular with bikers in
France and Europe.
DISCOVERY, is for those who are looking for
day-to-day freedom and mobility and to
lovers of wide-open spaces. The ideal range

The absence of a cabin makes it
essential to protect riders as far as
possible from the threats they
face: wind, cold, rain and
sometimes impact.
We have combined these in our
AC3 formula: ACCC."
Water comes in many forms: rain,
snow, hail, mist and fog. Whatever
its appearance, it can cause
discomfort that increases with
speed.
But it is not enough to provide
protection that simply puts up a
barrier to prevent water getting in.
It must also allow water to be
expelled from inside.
Managing these two phenomena
stopping water penetration and
regulating its escape requires the
development and use of fabrics
with suitable properties and
manufacturing techniques (coating,
heat-welding, gutter stitching, etc).

which you ride.
A lowering of your body
temperature can directly afect your
safety by impeding your riding:

hard to nd a jacket or trousers that perfectly t their gure. Faced with increasing demand
from more generously proportioned customers, Bering has introduced specially-designed
products. Rather than opt for the inadequate and unsatisfactory solution of simply increasing
the pattern size for an existing jacket or trousers, Bering has created the King and Queen
Size ranges. The jacket has specically designed measurements for the biceps, chest, forearm
and waist. The same applies to the trousers, where the thigh, calf and waist measurements
have been specially developed.
