Please find accompanying this cover letter, conformed copies ofthe original signed complaints that
were delivered to Stevens County Prosecutor, Tim Rasmussen. Mr. Rasmussen is in possession ofthe
original complaints. Also, Mr. Rasmussen has very publiclychosen to express his ridicule ofthe people
and openlyendorseKendleAllen inthefaceofwhatthepeoplebelieveis morethansufficientevidence
towarrantaprobablecause hearingforusurpationoftheofficeofsheriffand theresultingcriminalacts
committedovera3yearperiodofunlawfulusurpation.
The people are furtherconcerned thatTim Rasmussen may be engaging in one ormore acts ofOfficial
Misconduct (RCW 9A.80.010(1)(b)) for neglecting to perform the required duties ofthe prosecutor's
office,including,butnotlimitedto, RCW 10.16.110.
In orderfortherule oflawtoprevail,itis incumbentthatthepeople have confidencethattheirelected
officialsabide bythe lawthemselves.The peoplearegravelyconcernedthere maybe no lawful remedy
availableintheWashingtonstatecourts.
Ms. Bell, it is incumbent thatyou secure a duly qualified magistrate promptly that is matter may be
