THE REGISTRATION DUTY ACT

Regulations made by the Minister under section 49
of the Registration Duty Act
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Registration Duty (Amendment of
Schedule) Regulations 2013.
2.
In these regulations
"Act" means the Registration Duty Act.

The First Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part VI

(a)
by repealing Part A and Part C and replacing them by Sub-part A and

Sub-part C, respectively, set out in the Schedule to these regulations;
(b)
by deleting the words PART B and replacing them by the words

SUB-PART B;
(c)
in Sub-part B, as restyled, by deleting the words Part A and

replacing them by the words Sub-part A;
(d)
by deleting the words PART D and replacing them by the words

SUB-PART D.
These regulations shall come into operation on 9 November 2013.
Made by the Minister on 8 November 2013.

THE REGISTRATION DUTY ACT

The First Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part VI

From 1,501 cc to 1,600 cc

From 1,601 cc to 1,750 cc

SUB-PART C ELECTRIC MOTOR VEHICLES

Motor cycles of a power

From 27.6 kw to 40.0 kw

From 40.1 kw to 52.5 kw

From 52.6 kw to 57.5 kw

From 57.6 kw to 65.0 kw

From 65.1 to 77.5 kw

From 77.6 kw to 102.5 kw

Not exceeding 27.5 kw
