Holidays aren't fun unless you sample some of the delicious
local cuisine, right? Make sure you don't leave without taking
a morsel of the flavourful Pandi Curry, traditionally made with
wild boar, but now with pork. Don't worry about packing on
those extra pounds, Kachampuli, a sour local fruit, is the
secret ingredient that is said to cut all the fat out of the meat.
This dish is best enjoyed with Akki Roti (rice bread) or
Kadambuttu (rice dumplings). There's more! Sink your teeth
into a yummy chicken dish, Koli Curry. Vegetarians can enjoy
tasty bamboo shoot curry, Nooputtu or Coorg mango curry.
