Aim:
To open & hold open the hydraulic operated Internal safety & shut-off valve and close rapidly all the
safety and shut off valves, in case of danger.
Scope of supply and work:
1. Vendor shall provide HPU sales & design, together with installation, commissioning and
comprehensive warranty for the system.
2. Vendor shall supply, install, test and commissioning the hydraulic tubing with supports and its
associated fitting network between the respective 'Internal safety & shut-off valves' and control
board of the hydraulic power unit.

One solenoid valve connected to gas detection system and emergency stop button. (In the event
of an emergency when the alarm is activated the solenoid valve shall be activated which will put
the whole system or circuit at 0 bar.)

Hydraulic schematic drawings showing all the equipments/ fittings/ components on HPU with
dimensions.
Material test certificate.
Certificate of quality.
Certificate of test and inspection.
Electrical schematic.
Installation, maintenance & safety manual in English and Arabic (if possible) languages.
Technical data sheet of each components and accessories.
Recommended spare parts for 2 years operation with complete details such as price, description, catalog
and data sheet with manufacturers identification number.

The vendor is responsible for all coordination of various disciplines, checking design & making shop
drawings and make sure the work shall be carried out with high profile technically & complete system
shall be provided operational conform to specifications and SASO standards and all international codes
and standards. Vendor shall include all hidden works and furnish all accessories needed to make
reliable system even if they are not stated in this HPU specification.
Vendor should arrange factory training for our technical team and also should arrange inspection of the
equipment prior to shipment.
