Role:
Schedule and conduct weekly install meetings with US counterparts for the Script Walk-
thru meeting and the Two-weeks Out Install meeting.
Gather details (Documents on Installs, Resources, PAC2000, developers) on what’s being
installed
Analyze and follow up on emails/notices regarding potential application impact –
document on install script and the Two-weeks out meeting document.
Create two-weeks out install meeting document.
Prepare install script with detailed timeline that lists every task about: what/when/who
are involved with the Change Request-CR (document install/validation timelines)
Identify/document potential impact to application and its interfaces
Coordinate install dependencies with interfaces
Document back out details
Coordinate validations with all impacted interfaces and QA resources
Coordinate Wave installs (represent Application at Wave related meetings,
communicate Wave timelines to Application team, coordinate moving through test
environments UAT to Prodfix and Prodfix backout)
Escalate issues and concerns to Application management
Establish close relationship with interfaces and check periodically for what’s upcoming
and its impact to Application
Should have experience in application support (also be able to provide support on-call)

Role :
This position will support the Group ISO and Chief Risk Officer in effectively managing
and monitoring the Information Security risks.
Conduct and also perform reviews of overall information security risk assessments and
associated activities including threat & vulnerability analysis, risk identification and review /
approve security plans
Identify, and report any gaps and issues in risk assessment, risk mitigation, control
implementation, testing and monitoring and updating processes
Understand the Corporate Incident Management process and requirements, and in the

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in a Global Fortune 500 Publicly Traded
Company or top tier Professional Services organization
Maturity to be self directive and productive as there will be limited interaction with U.S.
based manager(s)
Demonstrated experience working with managers and team members located in U.S. time
zones
Manages small, specialized work units with direct impact to organization-wide objectives.
Works on improvement of process where analysis of data requires and evaluation of numerous
factors. Facilitates defect / Metrics analysis and recommends improvements.
Establishes and recommends changes to work processes which affect org wide work units
with an objective of productivity improvements.
