Having 8 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry, since April 2008 until present working in
Onshore Processing Facilities duty on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Plant and since early 2005
finished on 2008 worked in hydrogen plant.
Familiar with PFD, P&ID, HAZOP, Start Up - Shutdown Procedure and Emergency Shutdown,
Understand Plant pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure (Pressure test, Leak test,
Flushing line, Purging N2 ,Solo run equipment, Line & Equipment punch list, control valve stroke
check).
Familiar with good safety standard working environment, understand JSA and SOP, Work permit
system.
Able to work with computer (Microsoft Windows Application, Visio, HYSYS 3.2), familiar with
operation of Unit Station SCADA Rockwell with PLC-Allen Bradley, ESM and DSM Engine Gas Drive.

Main Duties and responsibilities :
Monitoring, control, maintain and optimize the process operation of 100MMSCFD LPG
Cryogenic Gas processing facilities.
Monitoring, control and maintain the process operation of Onshore processing Facility
o Hydrocarbon receiving and separation, H2S removal system, TEG dehydration system,
Gas dew point control and metering, Utility system.
Coordination with Offshore production supervisor in daily oil and gas transfer activity.
Manage sub ordinate (Control Room Operator, Field Operator 1 & 2, Mechanical Operator, Loading
Operator, Utility Operator) activities during the plant normal running, shut down, start up and during
Emergency shut down.
DCS and field monitoring and controlling parameter, include Manipulating and stabilizing Process
Control Parameters, Process Efficiency and Optimizing parameter.
Shift Activities Reporting to Plant Manager, included process operation monitoring, review and
evaluate the operation data. Analyze the plant problem, inform and discuss it with the other
department and Plant Manager. If it needed, can be recommend to change the operation condition
or some improvement.
Gas production daily activity reporting to management and PJB power plant.

Coordination with the other Department and or Team Member (HSE, HAZOP, and Improvement
Project Team) in the Maintenance and Improvement Projects execution.
Improvement and Modification process operation to get a good performance and safety operation
on all lines process. Natural Gas Receiving, Gas Scrubbing, Filtration, Separator unit, Dehydration
unit, Feed Gas Engine Compressor (Ariel Compressor with CAT3600 Gas Engine Driver), Gas
Expansion LA turbin-TURBOEXPANDER, Gas To Liquid Unit, Distillation (De-ethanizer,
Depropanizer, Debutanizer) Column, Product Storage (LPG and Condensate) and truck loading
facility, Hot Oil system (Gas boiler) and direct fire HEATER, Fuel Gas System, Services water/fire
water system, Air Instrument compressor, Gas Engine Electric Generator, Open drain system.
