This is to officially inform you that the second AICAP Summit will be held on December 14-18 at
Cliffside Retreat Center, Tagaytay City.

With this, we would like to invite you to send your representative/s on the date mentioned. Next page
will be the agenda to be discussed.

Please prepare your registration fee amounting P1, 250.00 per head. Including in the registration are
souvenir, accommodation and food for the whole duration of the convention.
