1. This Office would like to announce the ranking of qualified applicants for promotion to Teachers ll-lll
and Master Teachers l-ll for the incoming SY 2011-2012.

2. Pursuant to R.A. 9155, known as Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001

Superintendent has the authority, responsibility and accountability in planning and managing the
efficient use of all
personnel.
3. For reclassification of an item to the next higher position, an approved Equivalent Record Form (ERF)
is a requirement to support the application.
For Teacher ll-lll reclassification, a rank list is not a requirement for ERF application.
For Master Teacher l-ll:
a. For elementary schools: Total Master Teacher
positions shall not exceed 10o/o of the total
authorized teacher
positions in the district, to wit:

Master Teacher I oositions shall not exceed 6.60lo of the total number of authorized teaching
Dositions.

Master Teacher II Dositions shall not exceed 3.4olo of the number of authorized teaching
oositions.
b. For secondary schools: One (1) Master Teacher
position regardless of level may be allowed
per
subject area with at least 5-7 authorized teacher
positions within the school.
