lessons 4hi0h her 1ather Ernesto, pro#ised to tea0h the# that da'. AAAAB 4as
the 1irst to 4a@e up. .he 4as in her roo# 4hen her 1ather entered and la' on
her &ed. 3e then as@ed AAAAB to lie &eside hi# to 4hi0h AAAAB o&e'ed. Ehile
l'in$ &eside her, Ernesto 4as tal@in$ to her a&out a lot o1 thin$s, and as he
tal@ed he started to 1ondle her &reast and su0@ her nipples.

The in0ident 4as repeated so#eti#e &et4een 6une +((7 and Au$ust +((7.
Ernesto told AAAAB to $et inside his roo#, then he 4ould lo0@ the door. On0e
inside the roo#, he 4ould s0old AAAAB 1or reasons un@no4n to her. Ehen she
4ould start to 0r', her 1ather 4ould start to tou0h her &reast, then he 4ould su0@
her nipples 4hile he 4as ru&&in$ her va$ina.

On t4o o00asions, &et4een O0to&er +((7 and De0e#&er +((7,
at .haolin Chinese Restaurant lo0ated in .u0at, Para8a9ue, 4hi0h
the %ra$ante 1a#il' o4ned, there 4as a s#all &a0@ roo# used as an o11i0e
4hi0h later 4as 0onverted into a roo# 4here the' 0ould rest. AAAAB 4as told
&' her 1ather to rest in that roo# and on0e inside, 4hile tal@in$ to her, he
0overed the 4indo4s 4ith #anila paper. 3e la' do4n &eside her in the 1oldin$
&ed. 3e 1ondled her &reast, s9ueeDed the# and then later inserted his hand
under her shirt as he pull it up and put his #outh on her &reast to su0@ it
alternatel'. 3e started stro@in$ her $enitals 4ith her shorts on. .he did not do
an'thin$ as she 4as in sho0@ at that ti#e.

In De0e#&er +((7, AAAAB and her 1ather &ou$ht 1ood 1ro# 6olli&ee. .he 4as
instru0ted to eat it at the &a0@ roo# o1 their .haolin Chinese Restaurant so that
other e#plo'ees 4ould not see it. A1ter eatin$, Ernesto as@ed her to lie do4n in
the 1oldin$ &ed and he a$ain la' do4n &eside her and #assa$ed her &reast and
su0@ed her nipples 4hile 0ontinuousl' ru&&in$ her va$ina &' insertin$ his hand
inside her shorts.

.o#eti#e in 6anuar' +((5, around +* oF0lo0@ in the evenin$, 4hile AAAAB 4as
sleepin$ in another roo#, Ernesto entered her roo#. 3e la' &eside her, and
started su0@in$ her &reast. 3e re#oved her shorts and then tou0hed her va$ina.
3e then inserted his 1in$er inside her va$ina.

In Au$ust-.epte#&er +((5, she 4as around t4elve ;+)< 'ears old, Ernesto
#olested her a$ain inside his roo#, &' #assa$in$ her private parts and su0@in$
her nipples 4hile 0ontinuousl' ru&&in$ her va$ina and a1ter4ards insertin$ his
1in$er inside it.

In .epte#&er +((=, at the a$e o1 thirteen ;+7<, AAAAB 4as raped &' her 1ather
Ernesto. .he 4as told to $et inside his roo# and 4as s0olded &' hi# &e1ore she
4as #ade to lie do4n in his &ed. 3er shirt 4as re#oved, and her &reast and
va$ina 4ere 1ondled &' hi#. Therea1ter, he su0@ed her nipples 4hile
0ontinuousl' tou0hin$ her va$ina. 3e re#oved her shorts and pant',
then spreaded her le$s and inserted his penis in her va$ina. .he stru$$led and
&e$$ed hi# to re#ove his penis. .he said she 0ould not re0all the e,a0t details
o1 4hat her 1ather 4as doin$. 3e sta'ed on top o1 her despite her pleas. , , ,

Ernesto 4as not a&le to 1ind ti#e to #olest AAAAB in .epte#&er +((=-+((:,
&e0ause he 4as hardl' ho#e and 4as &us' 4ith his &oo@store &usiness
in>isa'as and !indanao.

a00o#panied their #other 2auden0ia to a 4a@e o1 their #otherFs 1riend. AAAAB
4anted to $o 4ith the# &ut she 4as le1t ho#e alone 4ith Ernesto 4ho re1used
to allo4 AAAAB to $o 4ith the#. , , ,

3er 1ather started #assa$in$ her &reast and AAAAB re#oved his hands and
stood up &ut she 4as &itten and pushed to4ards the &ed. 3er 1ather stran$led

o11 his hands and 4hen she heard their 0ar enterin$ their $ara$e, she told her
