Time required :-
10-12 sessions of one hour each over 16-20 weeks
(First session takes approx. two hours)

o Coaching is offered one to one by Certified Coach.
o The first session is face to face and rest can be also on phone
o It is one of the few methodologies wherein Coach acts as a sounding board and
asks powerful questions
o In the first session which is face-to-face, we set 3 most challenging, inspiring and
measurable goals Typically 2 fromprofessional life and 1 frompersonal life
o After choosing the appropriate goals, we jointly develop strategies and prepare
an action plan, which we review every 8-10 days
o Various coaching tools such as clearing space are used during this highly
focused and qualitative interaction.
