<Entrepreneur> With 8 other retail category specialists in all aspects of retail
management and leadership, built a company that consults and advises retailers, specialty,
small box and mid-size businesses in specific efficiency and profit building projects from sales
training to expense control to sourcing and space allocation, visual merchandising, from legal
opportunities to loss prevention and risk management.

<Inventory> Guided national franchise retailer to re-examine and re-assort their specific
departmental offerings to improve inventory turn while improving (7.2%) YOY profit margin
through full service to the customer training and role playing strategy. This also served to
improve customer satisfaction metrics to a 37% increase.

<Sales Training> Created an industry specific training program derived from the metric
measurements of the effectiveness of in - house sales performance for a national big box
chain specialty electronics retailer. This resulted in a profit margin improvement of 13%
against the previous years performances in a down trending market.

<Operations> Consulted with a franchise retailer to eliminate the location cost and oversight
of a warehouse by improving the efficiencies of the local stores to manage those functions.
