In work construction project civil or structural engineering, consultants used to be monitoring
and inspector for a construction project, to maintain quality of the material and keep Specification contained in the contract agreement between the developer/client and the contractor (bill of quantity). In conclusion, there are certain creteria before the LAD imposed on contractor, it there are advantages and disadvantages in terms of contractor in the construction industry in Malaysia. LAD is a win-win situation between the developer and the contractor, the developer has also made a significant investment in the project and want a return of capital and wanted a successful project, so as contractors for the project to be responsible in the building process.
