Executive Summary
This product provides a true social networking platform for educational
institutes to interact with each other to increase their overall progress.
The main features are:
1. Social Media: - We provide or relate the accounts of one
institution to the other institution so that mutual interaction will help in
increasing standard of education and it also helps for the overall progress
of the institution. It may be heart place for the students and teachers for
interaction.
2. Full ERP Solution: - Full ERP solution for educational institutions
which includes management system, academic system etc.
3. SMS Integration: -SMS integration to the website that means you
can update entries like attendance, notices etc. through your SMS
enabled mobile.
4. Offline Mode:-Now the most important features of this system are
that we may update the information by offline mode also. The system
will automatically update the information to the server when internet
connection is available. We may use some features of the system in
offline mode also.
5. Free of Cost: - And At last all these features are available for free
for any institutions.

Team Biographies

All Team members are new. Members including founder, VP of finance
and marketing, production and operations are currently pursuing their
bachelor degree. We all have full of energy, ideas to do something for the
society which could enhance their living. We have a group of three.

Mr. Jaswant Singh the founder is from electronics background but
interested in web development and providing a free platform for the
society which could be used for simplifying their living.
Ms. Diksha Bhardwaj VP of finance and marketing are very innovative,
having full of energy and ideas to take the company at the top.
Mr. Manish K Pandey VP of production and operation is very punctual
and respect the new ideas and transform the ideas into the realty. He is
totally devoted to his work and completes his target in a sure short time.

Business Description
As you are already aware, ERP is emerging as crucial aspect of
Educational Institute. Future success will hinge on promoting the Schools
and reaching out at the student/parents level in increasingly tough /
competitive conditions. Normext is the web application that can enable
and streamline the process starting from pre-admission of students till
their Alumni and helping the school to become the leaders. The product
is an Intranet and Web-based suite of applications and some of the sub
systems are: Administration Management, Student / Staff Information
Management System, HR Management, Marketing Management,
Academic Management, Student / Staff Attendance Management, Library
Management, Inventory, Internal Assessment Management, Alumni
Management, online dashboard etc. Normext is easy to deploy,
administer and maintain. Users find it easy to use and master that then
makes their work quicker and more effective.
We provide all our products free of cost to our clients. We complete our
needs from publishing ads on the website.
Now volume of our audience?
Answer: - It is very difficult to predict the volume of audience we are
focusing. In short we have making application which may be used by any
educational institutions either it is school, college or any other private
organization.
Our business plan is very state and simple with following steps:-
In first stage we will develop a platform for basic use of the
application with minimum and essential features which includes

1. Attendance management (also through SMS)
2.User account for managing their information
3.Public Page which acts like a notice board.
4. Chatting and messaging facilities between the members.
After completing the first step its now the time for advertisement of
the website through many online advertisement program or through
newspaper advertisement.
After gaining a certain level of audience its now the time to develop
the product more innovative and interesting .Means its the time to
add new features.
1. Introduction of all institutions to each other so that can
share their ideas, events to each other.
2. Introduction of single platform for creating new apps for
the website. It may be used for special purpose objectives.

There are already various ERP solutions providing companies for
educational institution are present but we have the key features that we
are providing all these facilities free of cost having additional facilities like
interaction between two institutes etc. So we are totally different from
others and have some special features which others have not. We have
totally different strategies to grip on the market. We firstly focus on our
product first then customer relationship and then market.

We are totally different from other ERP solutions companies as
1. We are giving free of cost service.
2. Making a single platform for creating apps for special purpose
projects.
3. Introducing all the institutions in a single platform so that they can
interact with each other.

So our first target is schools that are locally aided that are it is of around
28%.
Total no. of schools in India is around: 1,030,996 in which 292,783 are
local body management.
And in local Body Aided schools percentage of rural, urban are as below:

Business Risk Summary
In the starting period there is risk whether all the features which are
proposed are completely working or not. But every business has some
risk. In this case we are providing free application to users so there are no
claims by customers in the starting period. So we will take some feedback
from the users so that we can enhance our project to handle our next
users more efficiently.
But we may categories these risks in following points.
1. Development Risk: The idea on which we are working is very
popular and we are completely able to create it.
2. Manufacturing Risk: In this it may be possible that we cant handle
the audience in large amount. So if the load will exceed on the
server then we will increase our server capacity and provide our
customers a better experience.
3. Marketing Risk: As we are providing free of cost service so the
market is always on our side.
