TEAM CHARTER
THE GRYFFINS

TEAM PURPOSE
A diversified team which forms a cohesive unit and dedicated towards
devising efficient supply chain management strategies using multichannel applications for Future Agrovet Ltd.

CONTEXT
Primarily we are accountable to ourselves and commit towards
thorough research. We are also accountable to our mentors who have
showed faith in us and have given us this opportunity to learn by doing.

We connect with our peer groups who are working on different areas in
retail and we draw insights from them. We are most importantly
accountable to our industry mentors who have considered us worthy
enough.

GOALS
We aspire that by the end of this project we shall be able to deliver
some concrete methods for efficient management of supply chains
using multichannel. We shall strive hard to find out newer ways of
handling supply chains so that they become efficient for the
organization and increase profitability and productivity.

ROLES
Being a diversified team we bring a plethora of perspectives on the
table. Some of us being management undergraduates understand the
general management perspective. Other members who have work
experience, are aware of the ground realities and how the problem is to
be solved.
The experienced team members have served in aviation industry,
hospitality industry and marketing while freshers on the team have

done internships in reputed organizations. They bring in vibe and synergy in the team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
TEAM LEADER: ANAND AGARWAL
An engineering graduate, has work experience of one year with T.I.M.E. He is the team lead and shall
handle marketing research and analysis.
FINANCIAL ANALYST: KSHITIJ JINDAL
A BMS fresher from Mithibai College, has deep understanding of company financials and is
instrumental in drawing deep insights from financial data.
OPERATIONS HEAD: ANIRUDDH BHADRA
With 3 years of experience with the aviation industry, Aniruddh has deep knowledge about ops and he
is well versed with handling all sorts of technical situations.
TECHNICAL HEAD: ANKUSH BATRA
Ankush is an electronics and tele-communications engineer. He is knowledgeable and hard-working.
He shall be taking care of all technical aspects of the project that we have undertaken.
DESIGNER: MAYALEEN THAKURIA
Mayaleen is a BBA graduate with 1 year work experience in hospitality industry. She is prodigal with
designs and shall be handling the documentation design and internet research.
TEAM-KEEPER: MAHIMA SUHALKA
Mahima is a BMS graduate. She is well versed with back end support and has internships in the same.
Shell be handling document compilation and internet research and communications in the group.

NORMS
Data research and compilation shall be done by all in sync.
Team members shall discourage plagiarism
Team members shall stick to schedules and must meet deadlines religiously
Team members shall be punctual to team meetings and mentor interactions.
Shall be ready to work apart from their predefined roles.
Industry interaction reports, raw data, processed data is to be compiled in a well-organized manner.
Efficient communication channels shall be established to provide for unhindered flow of information.
