Ongoing Physician Periodic Evaluation (OPPE) Created a manual system, then upgraded to an
automated reporting system, to meet Joint Commission Ongoing Physician Periodic Evaluation (OPPE)
requirements. Coordinated with medical staff, information systems programmers, and nursing managers.
