1. Tell me about yourself (abilities, profile, basic information, likes, personality, and family.
RTA: I am Ivonne Julieth Romero Martinez I am twenty two years old, I live in suba, I am
married, I have a daughter of four years old, I live with my mother, my father, my brother
and my husband, I like listening music an dancing, I work in a restaurant as kitchen
assistant, I am organized, I am creative, I am agile.
2. What is your greatest strength? Justify your answer.
RTA: My greatest strength is the responsibility, because I like to meet my personal
activities such as working at the set time.
3. What is your greatest weakness? Justify your answer.
RTA: My greatest weakness is angry but I treat of to control my self in some situations.
4. What do you know about our company so far?
RTA: Aliments Colomer is a company to lend a service the food to schools, university,
industrial casinos.
5. Tell me about your experience?
RTA: I worked in the Hotel Andes Plaza as a auxiliary the kitchen for two years old in 2012.
I worked in the company Hamburguesas Del Corral as a trainer of burger, hot dog,
pancakes, and salads applying the BPM during two years old in 2010.
6. How do you handle streets and pressure?
RTA: I handle pressure at work maintaining control, assessing the situation, planning the
organization and distribution of work performing work activities with agility and
controlling emotions like anger, stress and fear.
7. Describe a difficult work situation project and how you overcame it.
RTA: in the kitchen daily difficulties arise where when providing a service in a restaurant

customer is angry because he has not left his plate has been delayed more than ten
minutes, then the first thing I do is send immediately to the storekeeper to buy chicken at

RTA: Because I study Dining technologist for study and I have always held food companies
working in restaurants serving I also like working with children,

RTA: My goals in the near future is to get my chef title further study to specialize in various
kinds of kitchen, bakery and confectionery, and I want to be a culinary professional and

having my own cooking.
10. What are you passionate about?
RTA: because I like the world of cooking, I love cooking and innovate with new dishes, I like
to experiment with new ingredients, and I feel proud when a customer pleases prepare
what I like to meet people provide good services.
11. How do you see yourself in the future?
RTA: In the future I see myself married with two beautiful daughters and my beautiful
home and being my own professional executive chef gourmet restaurant.
