RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Methodology of this research is come up with different dimensional. It is historical

theoretical and analytical. The data is being collected from primary as well as
secondary sources. Book, Journals, magazines, net these are the main sources. So
many social current affairs and local state government activities which is for the
upliftment of weak class are also a source for this research whether there is any
progress or not or they (weaker class) got social states in present society or it is just
an illusion.

The data for the proposed research will be collected mainly from the Universities,
Colleges, Instition which are interested and keen to participate in higher
educational programmes however primary study would generally being based on
the classification of different blocks in the district containing colleges, instition etc.

CONCLUSION

80% population is not in favour of reservation quota however 65% got beneficiary
for this reservation policy. Another question on reservation make it clear that
today's generation is not in favour of reservation policy. 75% respondents said that
reservation should be based on economic condition or caste. But inspite of this data
which come up on the one hand, there is another group on the other hand as they
think that this kind of reservation uplift their status in society and maintaining
equal status. Inspite of all this some instition are kept out of the criteria of
reservation.

So there is no danger on the good will of higher instition by which india has some
status on world level.

SUGGESTION

Those who are weak and they have no status and below poverty life
those who have insufficient mean to educate their children and face
exploitation infront of stronger in society, Govt. must give protection in
form of reservation and different policies to stop in equality and
inhumanity in our society.

ABSTRACT

The concept of reservation was enhanced in the constitution of backward

class for gaining a better fooling and avails equal benefits of an
independent and free nation.
The motive behind this is to bring equality to every class of society.
On this way it fulfill the ideal of our preamble which is the barrier
structure of our constitution. To fulfill this concept of equality inspite of
opposition by Mahatma Gandhi a discussion held in communal award.
After so much ups and down on this Kaka Kaleklkar Commission was
constituted which identify the criteria of caste to identify socially and
education backward class.
In Mandal Commission case proved a milestone to give direction on
reservation policy.
But subject to some restriction it is available to the weaker class.

OBJECTIVE

To bring Equality to every class of society.

Prohibit increasonable discrimination between persons.

To ensure effective implementation of government policy

regarding reservation.

To fulfill the reflect of Preamble ""

To provide the equal status, "Social Welfare State".

HYPOTHESIS

To provide the equal status, reservation has been made by our

government for effective implementation and upliftment to those who
really need . It is noticeable point that reservation is not absolute for
weaker class. It must be followed by some restricted ground. It is
ensured by provision of carry forward rule.
