REFLECTION

Write a reflective or a learning journal on this activity.

As aspiring teachers, we are grateful for


this
experience because it will help us a lot
to
assess the students and to overcome the
challenges of it. It enlighten us to
discover and imply new things to make
the
assessment more prcised and useful for
reallife situations. We embraced new
instructions and assessment strategies
wholeheartedly to nurture and develop the
skills
of our future students. It allowed us the
opportunity to grow in ways we had not thought of as we conduct these interviews.
We have discovered that the students are responsible for their learning and the
teachers are the ones who will guide them for their knowledge to bloom. And as
future teachers someday, we must remain conscious of our students diverse
learning styles and refrain from teaching with methods that only benefits some of
the students. This experience surely made us grow and reflect to become not just a
better teacher, but also a better person.
