INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE:
• Undergone training in M/s. Jai Balaji Industries Limited for 4 months and
was engaged in Core Logging , Correlation and Reserve Estimation of
Coal Exploration Project in Ranigunj Coal Field.
• Undergone training on open cast mining which included the study of the
exploration of ore, mode of occurrence of the ore bodies, mining
processes and beneficiation after recovery of Iron and Manganese ore
deposits in TATA Iron and Manganese Mines, in and around Joda, Orissa.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
• Earth Science Colloquium: “Geological considerations in construction of
dams.”
• Preparation of Longitudinal and Latitudinal Sections and Slice Plan from
Bore hole logging data.
• M.Sc. Dissertation on “Petrology of Charnockite and associated rocks
from some selected quarries in the North-Eastern part of Trivandrum dist.,
 Kerala” under the guidance of Prof. Chittaranjan Bhattacharya,
Department of Geology, University of Calcutta.

FIELD EXPERIENCES:
1. Fieldwork on Petrographic studies and analysis of Syn-Sedimentary
deformation Structures, in and around Ghatshila region, Jharkhand.
2. Structural and Lithological Mapping Field at Galudih and Ghatshila area.
3. Detailed study of deformational history in and around Galudih.
4. Detailed Mapping (Plain Paper mapping) Tetuldanga area, Ghatshila.
5. Face/ Pit mapping of Joda(W) Iron and Manganese mines.
MINES VISITS:
1. Joda Iron and Manganese mines Joda, Orissa.
2. UCIL underground Uranium mines in Singhbhum Shear Zone at
Jaduguda, Jharkhand.
