Hotrri mpotriva Brazilia
Brazilia a iniiat un program de subvenii ilegale,PROEX, de care a beneficiat
industria aeronautic naional, Embraer, n intervalul 1999-2000.
OMC a decis c programul PROEX, un sistem de plat prin care bncile braziliene
ofereau credite clienilor Embraer, reprezint o subvenie ilegal. De aceea, a
solicitat guvernului brazilian eliminarea PROEX.
Ca urmare a hotrrii OMC din anul 2000 , Brazilia a prezentat un program de
modificat care ndeplinea cerinele OMC, PROEX III.

Hotrri mpotriva Canada

OMC, de asemenea, a decis : Canada a subvenionat n mod ilegal industria
autohton de avioane regionale, care cuprinde Bombardier Aerospace.
OMC a considerat "programele de asisten"canadiene , n contradicie cu
politica anti-subvenie a OMC. n timp ce respinge unele dintre revendicrile
Braziliei, hotrrea i-a sugerat Canadei eliminarea acestor subvenii.

2002 - concluzie DS222

O hotrre a OMC 2002 [13] numit unor mprumuturi cu dobnd mic de la
guvernul canadian proiectat pentru a ajuta Bombardier n ctigarea de cote de
pia sub form de subvenii ilegale. [14] CBC a raportat pe o [15] din cele ase
[13] subveniile ilegale canadieni la sfarsitul anului 2001 [15] luni nainte de
hotrrea actuale. n timp ce a respins o parte dintre revendicrile din Brazilia
care se ocup de finanare de aeronave din Canada au fost evenimente de
subvenii ilegale, hotrrea 2002 a fcut: "(e) susine revendicrile Brazilia faptul
c finanarea EDC Canada cont de aer Wisconsin constituie o subvenie la export
interzise ... (f) .. .that finanarea EDC Canada cont de Air Nostrum constituie o
subvenie interzis la export ... (g) ... c finanarea ECD Corporate cont de Comair
