PAYMENT/COMPENSATION
Compensation: Transport costs will be covered; food will be provided.

Additional terms and conditions:

In case of unforeseen circumstances, or illness, the producer must be contacted

more than 48 hours before call time.

Actor authorizes, as part of Production and for the compensation stated above,
Producer to:
1. Photograph Actor and record his/her voice and likeness for the purpose of
Production, whether by film, videotape, magnetic, tape, digitally or otherwise;
2. Make copies of the photographs and recordings so made;
3. Use Actors name and likeness for the purposes of education, promotion or
advertising of the sale or trading in the photographs, recordings and any copies so
made.

Actor understands the master tape remains the property of the Producer and, unless
otherwise stated, that there will be no restrictions on the number of times that Actors name
and likeness may be used. Also, unless otherwise stated, there will be no restrictions to the
geographical distribution of Production.
Actor understands the terms described in this contract. He/she is over 18 years of age and
has the authority to sign this contract and grant Producer the rights given under this contract.

The above named actor agrees to take part in the music video production, All I Want Is You.

2. Period of Engagement: November 4 2014 08:50-17:00

3. Agreed Expenses: Food and travel

4. Conditions: Producer agrees to obtain standard cast insurance for the Actor

5. The Actor knows of no reason why he cannot freely enter this agreement

6. The Actor gives all consents required under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988
or any re-enactment consolidation or amendment thereof in order that the Producer may
make full use of the Actors services and any other moral rights to which the Actor may be
entitled under any existing or future legislation.

7.

The Actor agrees that the Actor shall:

7.1.

Perform and record the Actors part to the best of the Artists skill and
ability

7.2.

Attend for the entire required time, and the taking of still photographs prior

7.3.

Dress, make up and style Actors hair (subject to prior consultation with the
Actor) as directed by the Director

7.4.

Comply with all reasonable and notified directions given by the Producer or
the Director

7.5.

Keep the Producer informed of the Actors whereabouts and telephone

number at all material times

7.6.

Not pledge the credit of the Producer nor incur or purport to incur any
liability on its behalf or in its name.

8. All rights in any way attaching to the Film and all photographs and sound recordings shall
belong absolutely to the Producer throughout all periods to the extent permitted by the
law the Actor waives the right to receive any further remuneration in relation to the
exploitation of the rights.

9. The Producer shall be entitled, by written notice to the Actor at any time, to suspend the
engagement of the Actor if: 9.1.

The film is prevented suspended interrupted or postponed by reasons not

within the control of the Producer

9.2.

The voice of the Actor shall become unsatisfactory

9.3.

The Actor shall by reason of any illness or physical or mental incapacity or

disability be unable to perform his duties

9.4.

The Actors full services shall fail material obligations under this
agreement.

10. Any suspension shall be effective from the date of the event giving rise to such
suspension

and

shall

continue

for

the

duration

of

such

event.

11. The Producer shall be entitled to terminate the engagement of the Actor hereunder by
delivery of written notice of such termination to the Actor at any time if:
11.1.

Any of the circumstances under Clause 10 continue for at least 28 (twentyeight) days consecutively or in the aggregate,

11.2.

The circumstances under Clause 10.1 continue for at least 2 (two)

consecutive days or 3 (three) days in the aggregate, or

11.3.

Any of the circumstances in Clauses 10.2-10.4 occur, subject to the

Producer giving prior written notice of such default to the Actor and the
Actor not curing such default within 2 (two) days of receipt of such notice.

11.4.

Any suspension under the provisions of Clause 12.1 shall continue for 6
(six) weeks or more then the Actor shall be entitled to terminate this
engagement

12. In the event of termination of the engagement or death of the Actor

12.1.

Any claim which the Producer may have shall not be affected or prejudiced

12.2.

The Producers title to and ownership of all copyrights and all other rights
in or in connection with the services rendered shall be or remain vested in
the Producer

13. All consents granted hereunder to the Producer are irrevocable.

14. Credit will be given only if the Actor appears recognisably in the Film as released if this
Agreement has not been terminated for the default of the Actor.

15. The Actor shall keep as confidential the provisions of and any information which may
come to the Actors attention in connection with this agreement.

16. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England
