Batuhan Blando Concepcion & Trillana
is a general professional partnership engaged in the practice of law. It was founded in 2001 by lawyers who
trained and practiced with SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan ("SyCip Law"), the largest law firm in the
Philippines, and Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose.
From its inception, Batuhan Blando Concepcion & Trillana has always been committed to upholding the ideals of integrity, excellence and professionalism in the

Roberto Ramon J. Concepcion
Partner Roberto Ramon J. Concepcion earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University,
College of Law in 1995.
He worked at SyCip Law from 1995 to 2001 where he was extensively trained at the Firm's Litigation, Intellectual
Property and Special Projects departments. Atty. Concepcion brought this extensive training with him and has
represented a wide range of the Firm's clients in a variety of cases including those involving corporate
rehabilitation, commercial arbitration, intra-corporate disputes, telecommunications, public utilities, property
disputes, trademark infringement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, civil law and criminal law.

Anna Regina P. Batuhan

Partner Anna Regina P. Batuhan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines in
1991, cum laude, 1st in the graduating class, and class valedictorian.

She obtained her Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A., in 1995. At
Harvard, her areas of concentration included corporations, corporate finance, and financing transactions. After
Harvard, Ms. Batuhan resumed her practice at the law firm of Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose, where
she had the opportunity to work on a number of loan, capital market, and project finance transactions. In 1997,
Ms. Batuhan joined Ayala Corporation, where she served as internal counsel with the rank of Associate Director
for Legal Services beginning 2003. Ms. Batuhan resigned
her post in Ayala in August 2008 following the birth of her second child. In her twenty years of practice, Ms.
Batuhan's experience in corporate transactions, specifically in the field of corporate financing, has been both
varied and extensive.

Joselito John G. Blando

Partner Joselito John G. Blando graduated from the University of the Philippines, College of law in 1992 (Honor
Society).
He worked at SyCip Law from 1992 to 2001. Atty. Blando is a labor, immigration, litigation, special projects and
administrative areas law practitioner.

Diosdado E. Trillana
Partner Diosdado E. Trillana graduated from University of the Philippines, College of Law in 1997.

He worked at SyCip Law from 1997 to 2006. Atty. Trillana is a litigation, intellectual property and corporate
lawyer. He has successfully litigated a number of intra-corporate disputes, as well as assisted in the protection
of intellectual property rights for multinational clients.
