I have been dealing with an ongoing illness for several weeks. As I do not wish to drop out of school this
semester due to my illness, I appreciate everything you have done to accommodate my needs. I appreciate
your permission to excuse my recorded absences and accept my late assignments.

I am recovering well and have caught up with all of my homework assignments to date. My physician
allowed me to fully resume all my activities. However, due to the delays I have experienced, I might not
be able to finish my plate by September 11th.

Dear Sir:

There are matters I would like to open about my stay in Jakarta. I was granted a one week vacation to the
aforementioned country by the company I work at, all expenses paid with a side trip to Bali. I expected to travel in a
business class ticket and stay in a five star hotel. However, while at the boarding counter at NAIA, the ground
steward told me that my ticket was of the economy section. I insisted to the people in charge that my manager
booked me a business class ticket as indicated by the fare guide. I even tried to contact my office but the line was
busy.

Upon arrival, I boarded a tour bus going to what I thought was a five star hotel. I was shocked because I was billeted
in a three star hotel instead. To clear the issue, I went to the passenger lounge and reservation office of Garuda
Indonesia Airways and the staff told me that the booking office in Manila might have made the mistake of booking
me I a three star hotel. Since I didnt like the atmosphere of the hotel, I transferred to a nearby five star hotel and
paid by my own credit card.

I think I deserve an explanation on the errors and the damage done. If possible, it would be best if the VISA
payments I made be refunded.
