Head of Recruitment and Assessment of Pelita Harapan University

I would like to be a part of lecturer on Business School (Management) at Pelita Harapan University
(UPH). I have the necessary enthusiasm and competency to engage with lecturing, consulting and
research activities regarding the Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management,
Corporate Finance and Organizations Development. As a lecturer of UPH, I am sure to gather
unbelievable experience to growth and learn continuously with talented person around Indonesia.
Since May 2012, I was graduated from Trisakti University and obtain a cumlaude of Bachelor Degree
of Economics (S.E.). In addition, I am also listed as a student of Excellent Class majoring in
Management at my university, which known as the most prestigious program offered in Trisakti
University, Faculty of Economics were consist of 10% top students whose consistent to achieved GPA
for more than 3.00 and capable to use English in every phase of study. During my study period I have
several organizations experiences inside and outside university. For around two and half years, I also
became Lecturer Assistant and Computer Laboratory for Operations Management and Financial
Management.
From August 2012, I was enrolled in Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) program in Gadjah
Mada University. Fortunately in January 2014, I granted to continue my last semester in Jonkoping
International Business School, Sweden. My goal to study in Sweden are to strengthening my
knowledge in strategic management, entrepreneurship and technology enhance for business
development. In term of my study in UGM, I actively participate in Students Club (Business
Competition Club, Finance Club, Career Network Centers and Strategic Club) to empower and develop
my management and leadership skill.
I have passion for field jobs that deal with people and on project basis, though I can be good as well in
research jobs, thinking strategically and working with detail. I hold official certification from Microsoft
USA as a Microsoft Office Specialist and Certified Personal Money Manager (CPMM) from IARFC
(International Association of Registered Financial Consultants). I had some experience to use tools of
management decision support, research software implementing in business analysis and use internet
efficiently as a basis to exploration research. I believe my working, organization and study experiences
has equipped me with proper competency which are enabling to support UNSERA to growth and
give positive contribution as a part of a lecturer team.
