Walking Worthily

There is a certain way to walk to be worthy in Elohiym’s house.

Ephesians 4:1 “I therefore, the prisoner of Adonai, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,”
We are called to be saints ( ), to be children of El, to be holy – There’s a certain way to behave ourselves.

Philippans 2:15 “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of Elohiym, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse
nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;”
Being harmless is an important part. Yeshua said He would send His angels to gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and
them which do iniquity. (“The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend,
and them which do iniquity;” Matthew 13:41)

1 Corinthians 3:3 “For ye are yet carnal: for whereas [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and
walk as men?”
Not to walk as natural men. Envying, strife: carnality. To be carnally-minded is death (“For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to
be spiritually minded [is] life and peace.” Romans 8:6). No peace when these (envy, strife) are in our hearts.

Ephesians 4:2,3 “With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity
of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
When we’re in this place, we’re in a place of walking worthily. Need to keep in mind,—if El wasn’t longsuffering with us, where
would we be?
Needful ingredient of love—this is how these things work. Make an earnest effort for peace. It is not the nature of the flesh, but
Elohiym can give us the grace.

Colossians 3:12,13 “Put on therefore, as the elect of Elohiym, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind,
meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as
Mashiyach forgave you, so also [do] ye.”
We must clothe ourselves with these virtues. When clothed with these characteristics, it will be manifest what our vocation is, to
Whom we belong.

Ephesians 4:11-13 “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the
perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Mashiyach: Till we all come in the unity of the
faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohiym, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Mashiyach:”
Part of being in El’s house—being subject, being in a place to be guided and taught … El has given us pastors and teachers, but if we
don’t yield to this, there will not be the perfection.
vs 13 “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohiym, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of
the stature of the fulness of Mashiyach:” All in it together, not to be competing against each other—Help each other.

Philippians 2:3-9 “[Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than
themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also
in Mashiyach Yeshua: Who, being in the form of Elohiym, thought it not robbery to be equal with Elohiym: But made himself of no
reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he
humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore Elohiym also hath highly exalted him, and
given him a name which is above every name:”
We have nothing to be proud about (“For who maketh thee to differ [from another]? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive?
now if thou didst receive [it], why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received [it]?” 1 Corinthians 4:7) – received.
Yeshua had it all, but He made himself of no reputation, etc. Have a mind to serve – seeking and desiring one another’s welfare.

Luke 14:11 “For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”
Yeshua humbled Himself greatly. Forgive, submit, be of mind to serve.

Proverb 15:33 “The fear of Yahveh [is] the instruction of wisdom; and before honour [is] humility.”
Before shame and destruction is pride.—exalting ourselves, getting out of our place.

Ephesians 4:14,15 “That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by
the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him
in all things, which is the head, [even] Mashiyach:”
El’s ministers given to us for our good (“For he is the minister of Elohiym to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid;
for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of Elohiym, a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil.”
Romans 13:4) to nourish us, reprove us when we need it.
Yeshua, seeing the young rich man, loved him, and told him what he needed to hear. (“Then Yeshua beholding him loved him, and
said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in
heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.” Mark 10:21) That is love—helping people against their sin.

Proverbs 27:6 “Faithful [are] the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy [are] deceitful.”
Appreciate reproof, appreciate those who give it to us when we need it.

Ephesians 4:16 “From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the
effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”
We need to function as a body; Need to be in harmony with one another; Need to use the grace that is given to us: It works by love,
not having envying and strife in our hearts.

Colossians 2:19 “And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit
together, increaseth with the increase of Elohiym.”
While El’s ministers are nourishing us, each member working, seeing to lay hold on the mind of Yeshua.—When these things are
going on, Elohiym gives the increase.

Ezekiel 37:1-10 “The hand of Yahveh was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of Yahveh, and set me down in the midst of the
valley which [was] full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, [there were] very many in the open valley;
and, lo, [they were] very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Adonai Yahveh, thou
knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of Yahveh. Thus saith
Adonai Yahveh unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews upon you, and
will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I [am] Yahveh.
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together,
bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but [there
was] no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith Adonai
Yahveh; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me,
and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.”
Bodies knit together. Happened through Ezekiel’s prophesying. El gave His Spirit, and they were revived.

1 John 2:5 “But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of Elohiym perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.”
One of the keys to walking worthily: El’s love in our hearts. If we’re lacking in that, there is hope here: in continuing in His Word, He
will perfect His love in us.
