Punta, Jalajala Rizal, respectively, after having been duly sworn to
according to law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the private complainants in the criminal case filed against
JOHN STEPHEN L. GUTIERREZ, which is docketed as Criminal Case No.
5702-J pending before the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) of PilillaJalajala for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries
with Damage To Property;
2. That after mulling over the incident for some time and thinking that it was
just a case of misunderstanding between us and the accused, we have
decided to withdraw our accusations/complaint against JOHN STEPHEN L.
GUTIERREZ;
3. That we have executed this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
foregoing circumstances and that our desistance to pursue said case is of
my own free will and volition and that there was no coercion or
