Measurement:
All the scales used to measure the constructs in this study were derived from instruments designed for previous
studies in which their reliability and validity were checked and reported. Our overall cronkbach alpha is 0.785.
Organizational Environment
Organizational environment is defined as the environment given to the workers of the organization to perform
their jobs effectively. The basic purpose of good environment is to increase the workers motivation level, so
that they work with the best interest of the organization. The cronbach alpha is 0.652.
Job Rewards
Rewards associated with the work context were included in the analysis. The items used to measure these
factors were drawn from several widely used scales reported in Robinson et al (1969) and Clifford (1985). The
items of these scales were modified accordingly to present stage, due to our societal changes. Clifford (1985)
reliability by cronbachs alpha which yielded reliability coefficient of 0.726 for the scale. Organizational
rewards and social rewards, degree of agreement varies from 1 5, representing 1 for strongly agree to 5 for
strongly disagree and accordingly in between.
Training
The purpose of the training is to tell the workers about new innovations and new ideas regarding organizational
environment or performance or introduction of a new technology, so that done in effective and efficient
manners. Our cronbach alpha for training is 0.701.
Workers Motivation
Workers motivation is work as back bone for increasing the production level and to increase the workers
energy level. The purpose of workers motivation is to increase the level of satisfaction. In this way, the rate of
turn-over and absenteeism can be controlled or its intensity decreases. Our cronbach alpha yielded to 0.373.
