    sensitivities: Pedestrian access,
    emergency access, business owner
    requests, fence / safety maintenance,
    coordinating with each other, etc.
    1.2. Meeting of the Minds: Optional
    superintendant daily meeting at 3:00 PM
    at project office to map out work
    footprint & coordinate with others on site
    1.3. Lockout Tagout procedures to be put in
    place by Vacri for temp lighting electric
    panel
    1.4. Notify JB of any storm pipe removal
    1.5. Vacri is to schedule temp paving of
    trenches prior to the end of the week for
    Cornell graduation
    1.6. Lights out on N Tioga Vacri to
    investigate

    May: Complete utilities (Storm)
    June: N Tioga Site demo; Pour
    foundations / footers; Site grading, curbs,
    expansion joints
    July: Prep & pour slab N Tioga; Paving
    program
    3.4. TTC / EE Root: Scheduled to reinstall
    cable into TTC Alley HH 05/27; Lantech to
    install separator in TMH-4
    3.5. Verizon / Danella:
    05/20: To work alongside NYSEG E at
    Trolley Circle crossing to lower DB for WF
    TTC Alley work to be scheduled
    3.6. P&CG:
    05/20: Realigned at NW corner of 100
    block moving east
    05/19 06/16: Complete N Tioga
    3.7. Asphalt Restoration: Vacri, NYSEG Gas &
    Signals project (P&CG) to coordinate in
    intersections
    4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION
    OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
    4.1. Vacri / ACP, P&CG, NYSEG Gas: Please
    submit typical ped. traffic M&P plan,
    include list of signage available on site
    4.2. Vacri to propose sidewalk demo plan
    5. New Business: Open RFIs, submittals,
