1. SITE MANAGEMENT
1.1. Thank you for being aware of site
sensitivities: Pedestrian access,
emergency access, business owner
requests, fence / safety maintenance,
coordinating with each other, etc.
1.2. Meeting of the Minds: Optional
superintendant daily meeting at 3:00 PM
at project office to map out work
footprint & coordinate with others on site
1.3. Lockout Tagout procedures to be put in
place by Vacri for temp lighting electric
panel
1.4. Notify JB of any storm pipe removal
1.5. Vacri is to schedule temp paving of
trenches prior to the end of the week for
Cornell graduation
1.6. Lights out on N Tioga Vacri to
investigate
