drawing; PCG to resend EX6 granite detail
to Vacri; Conduit to be daylighted and
installed below 12 slab & 6 of sub base;
PCG to have electrical inspector to
approve; Vacri to send a submittal sheet
on curb sample to Sasaki
PCG to follow up with accessory details for
the catenary pole submittal; All light
fixtures are to be included in one
submittal; EX2 pole submittal to be sent
by PCG next week; PCG to submit on stage
floor boxes today

3.3. NYSEG Gas: Stub out Aurora St south,

install branch saddles, stub out Aurora St
north, pressure test and gas up; Target
date for gassing up main; Temp asphalt
required for all NYSEG/DDS work
3.4. NYSEG Electric: JC to provide start date
for pulling wire to Aurora St; Wizzard to
run overhead wire across intersection at
Aurora
3.5. 202 E State Waterproofing: Notify
property owner of schedule for demo
paving above vault
3.6. Pavilion Lighting: City Inspector and City
Electrician to advise on access points
4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION
OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
4.1. Fence Reinstallation: PCG to reinstall
fence in front of Trader Ks
4.2. Vacri to submit work sequence to City for
review of pedestrian access, etc. prior to
start of Bank Alley work (sidewalk demo,
grading/compaction testing, set valve
boxes, MH covers, slab pour, pavers, etc.)
4.3. Site Maintenance: Vacri to mark out
boxes; DDS & P&CG to locate and dig out
valve boxes and remove excess material;
All trash and debris must be removed on
a weekly basis
5. New Business: Open RFIs, submittals,
concerns, etc.

Sasaki to issue Cayuga St gateway; Vacri to

reschedule helical pile
Vacri to dig test pit to determine
proximity of footer to areaway vault;
Simeons demo will take place for one
more week
Quazite boxes arrived yesterday; RFI #19
requesting to remove stub on back
order, BP to follow up with a proposed
detail for bollard foundation, Sasaki to
review
NYSEG Gas planned to do temp asphalt for
services; MK asked to have Cayuga St
sidewalk cleaned up, DS to check; LZ
concerned with cutting old gas main out
of the way of catenary light poles with
close proximity of DB
MK to follow up

City inspector and electrician to provide

feedback to project team

PCG to reinstall fence

Vacri is to submit

PCG to reinstall the Welcome to the

Commons sign at Seneca St
