Notes
Shop drawings do not seem to reflect joint
perpendicular to building edge on west
seat wall; SR to review granite seat wall
shop drawings; BB to put SR in contact
with Jim; SR to review manufactures
concern of light boxes cut into granite
steps, no concern of light box in seat wall;
Curb to be sawn on 6 sides and approved
by the City and Sasaki; Concrete will not
be poured around railing bolts; SR to
review gateway footings with DE; Vacri to
update city on helical pile schedule; Vacri
to coordinate with Verizon to relocate DB
Sasaki reviewing RFI 21; Locations of tabs
EX1 poles are to be taped off to be field
welded; SR to review anchor bolt pattern
for EX1 pole in regards to base plate being
in line with diagonal bands; SR to resend
example of EX4 junction boxes from
lighting designer for tomorrows meeting;

2.1. TTC Alley: Start today; Sasaki to issue
grading for alley

Electricity will be shut off on third floor

tomorrow; Water pit may have to be
moved, surveyor will layout Kiosk

conflict;
2.2. Electric Panel & Kiosk Housekeeping Pads: NM to follow up with supplier on bolt

3. CRITICAL PATH ITEMS
3.1. Water Feature Vault: NYSEG to schedule
Vault installation pending gas main
crew to remove section of gas main
retirement; PCG to determine which light
poles are in conflicts gas main; MK to
notify BP when NYSEG gas will be
available to cut out old gas main
3.2. Aurora Street Gateway: Vacri to dig test
DW to review electric to gateway with BD;
pit this week to verify if pier is in conflict
with vault wall at 224 E State
3.3. Vacri (Bank Alley): Sasaki issued 18 curb
detail; Start pouring ribbon footers
3.4. NYSEG Gas: 4 flanged pipe is in; services
remaining to dig: (4) 2, (4) 4, (1)
medium pressure
3.5. NYSEG Electric: Reschedule wire pull to
Wire pull completed; Labella to send out
Aurora (targeted for 08/09)
revised service duct bank to LP
3.6. 202 E State Waterproofing: Vacri
Owner interested in replacing hatch with
submitted cost for waterproofing
air intakes
3.7. Pavilion Lighting: Meeting scheduled for
08/13
4. M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION
OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
4.1. Site Maintenance: NYSEG to remove
NYSEG gas has denied responsibility of
surplus fill to re-establish site to subremoving excess fill on site, Vacri hauls
grade; All trash and debris must be
material on and off site, PCG hauled
removed on a weekly basis
excess fill from north side of E State St.
