Meditation for Building Physical Health and Mental Clarity
4-5 Exercises
these nine minutes exercises will be New Age exercises."
Exercise 1
3 Minutes
*This exercise keeps 500 diseases away from a person because it
totally controls the vayus, the pranic air which circulates through
the body.
Posture: Sit in easy pose with your elbows bent and the forearms
pointing upward. Thumb touches the base of the mercury finger, with
no space between the fingers. Stretch your chest out while pushing
the arms backwards. There should be a release in the shoulder
blades. You have to go back, full and tight, and you will hurt like in hell
if you do it right. Let the psyche hurt you. Let the flow establish.
And don't move your spine or your body or your face, or any
part of it. Be solid and stretch backwards so that you can hurt
yourself. You will be painful, hurting yourself as you stretch back.
That means you are in a good posture. Try to experience it.
Breath: Breath of Fire (through the nose) powered from the belly
button. Quick, quick breath.
Eyes: Open looking at the tip of the nose. Look at the tip of your
nose, that will take the optical nerve in a lock, and breathe in and out
fast.
Time: 3 Minutes.
End:
1. Okay, inhale now. Hold 15 seconds. hold it tight, and squeeze
yourself from nail to nail of the toe. Squeeze, squeeze, and
distribute the energy, and with a canon fire, let it go.
2. Inhale again. Hold 11 seconds. Hold it tight and contract.
Come on, squeeze, squeeze, and canon fire.
3. Again please inhale. Hold 14 seconds. Oh wow, wow, wow.
Hold it tight, ribcagecome on, hurry up. Close, close, close,
close, close. And very, very slowly whistle it out. Whistle
it out, the whole breath, and when it finishes stop. Relax.
Ill give you a few more minutes to give you a second clean...
that is called maintenance. You will get daily rush in from
outside so that the cells which change rebuild itself, but
what you can get for inside is tremendous.
Comments: But, come on! Hey, be there, stretch out. Put your chest
out. Let the psyche hurt you. Let the flow establish. Just put your
ego on the mound of mercury, period, and stretch out, and your back
blade release. That much you gotta go back, full, tight, and you will hurt
like in hell if you do it right. And then the flow will establish. And then
you look at the tip of your nose and you do breath of fire. And you'll
curse me for rest of the night, but it will put you on a space where... if
you do it right... if you don't, you cheat, it is your loss, not mine. Quick,
quick breath. Solid, not heavy. With the belly button. Move it with the
belly button. Move, move, move, move, move for the strength.
Belly button, if you move belly button, they say about 500 diseases
do not come near that person. I do not know how many diseases are

there, but it is about 500 diseases do not come near that person
because it totally controls the vayus. Vayu means pranic air which
circulates through your body. That's all it is. Move, move, move. And
don't move your spine or your body or your face, or any part of it. Be
solid and stretch backwards so that you can hurt yourself.
Look at the tip of your nose, that will take the optical nerve in a
lock, and breathe in and out fast, like a, like a what? Like a rabbit
intercourse they call it. Have you seen rabbits doing it? Exactly, they
do it exactly as what you are supposed to do right now. So become
rabbits for few minutes; they get babies every full moon, you know
that?
If it start hurting, give it a chance, let it hurt so liver can relax
itself. If it's further hurt, then adrenal will come in action. If it is
further hurt, then it will reach your stomach And if you keep on doing
this exercise in your life you will never go physically impotent as a male
or a female. Come on, quick, quick, move, move, try to experience it.
Not that bad. You have 30 seconds more to go. Try your best. Come
on. Big deal, 3 minutes, heavenly ho.

Exercise 2
3 Minutes.
Become little Tibetan priests
This exercise deals with a personality split that 90% of people
suffer from.
Posture: Sit in easy pose with your elbows bent and the forearms
pointing upward, and the palms of the hands facing forward. Twist the
hands back and forth on the wrists with the thumbs leading the
movement. Tight, tight thumb. The strength of the thumb should
move the hand. The thumbs are solid and the fingers firm as you move
the hands with a heavy jerk forward and back. Only the wrist moves,
the elbow stays solid. No other movement except that of the wrist.
Breath: Slow and deep. Breathe as slowly and deeply as possible.
breathe as slowly and fully as you can afford.
Eyes: Open. Look at the tip of your nose so that the optical nerve is
totally absolutely locked.
Time: 3 Minutes.
End:
1. Inhale deep, Inhale deep. Hold 15 seconds. Hold the breath,
and move faster than you can think. Fast. Move, move, move,
move, move, and squeeze yourself and move. Squeeze and
move. Move and squeeze. Let it go.
2. Inhale deep again, Hold 13 seconds. Hold tight. Move,
squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze.
Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Let it go.
3. Once more again, deep. Hold 14 seconds. Solid state. Move,
squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze.
Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move, squeeze. Move,
squeeze. Move, squeeze. Let it go. Please relax. We are going
there, we are making progress, dont worry.
Comments: Total power should be at the thumb, at your Id. The
strength of the thumb should move your hand, not hand should move
the thumb. If you do that way, you'll have a terrible problem. You are
reversing yourself. So make the thumb totally strong and make the
thumb move the hand and God be with you. Look at the tip of your nose
so that the optical nerve is totally absolutely locked and breathe as
slowly and fully as you can afford. Tight, tight thumb. Solid. Strong as
steel. No loose fingers. See? That's why I told you. I did it for you.
One jerk movement; it will take away the jerkness from you. The
personality split with which 90% people suffer and create psychological
problem and God in your life you do not know what to do. We are just
dealing with that split. Heavy jerk. Total solid hand. Absolutely firm
like a karate chop, which can cut a brick through. Only the wrist,
folks, and the elbows solid. No other movement, right on the spot.
It will start hurting in a minute or so. If it's already doing it, that
simply means your food is not right. If the food nutritions are not
good for body, this exercise will hurt you like in hell. Because five
tattvas are in motion under the Id and that's where it is, and that's
how it stands. Move on, move on, move on, faster now. Last minute it
should be VERY fast. Do your best, in spite of the fact you don't like
to do it. Do it harder, faster, quicker; multiple movements sometimes
reduces the pain.

Exercise 3
3 Minutes
This is an exercise for the Heart Center
*And if done right, it will take you through the tragedy you
experienced as a child when you were in the womb of the mother.
Set yourself in. I will take you on a journeyIts no B.S., its realits
no joke
Posture: Watch my hands. Automatic movement from outside-in.
You have to do it tight.
We have to reach a point where the arcline gets the correct
adjustment. The elbows are bent with the forearms parallel to the
ground, palms facing down. There is no space between the fingers of
each hand and the thumb is pressed against the side of the hand. The
hands are near the center of the chest, with the fingertips of one
hand pointing at the fingertips of the other.
Breath: Breath of fire through the O mouth.
Eyes: Eyes open on the tip of the nose.
Time: 3 Minutes.
End:
1. Inhale deep. Hold 15 seconds. Hold. Move fast. Hold the
breath. Move, move. Let the vibration go through every cell
of your body. Move. Breathe out.
2. Breathe in. Hold 15 seconds. Tighter, hold full, move. Put
your whole into it, go mad, lunatic, move for God's sake, serve
your body, save yourself. Don't get to this middle age crisis.
Let it go.
3. Inhale again, deeper. Hold 16 seconds. Hold tight, go fast,
and do it. We can't do it fourth time. This is the last time.
Don't spare iota. Move, move, move, move, move. God, go! Let
it go.
Okay, relax. That's all right. Spend 9 good minutes. You are
okay? Hmm? Okay? It's all fine.
4. Go immediately into next exercise.
Comments: Hurry up. Tighter, tighter, tighter. It is a, it is a sexual
intercourse. Really. If you do it really hard you may ejaculate.
Possibility is there. Pull it in fast and heavy like a
hammer pro, and breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe,
breathe. And don't let yourself fail. Come on. Full speed, full
strength, passionate. You know passion? You've got to create a
passion where no logic, no reason, no fear of God interferes. It's a
lunatic, crazy situation. You've got to create it now voluntarily so
that it may never hurt you again. Come on folks. Hey, this will save you
from lot of trouble in life. Fast, now what is happening to your
breath? Breathe, breathe, breathe, heavy, heavy, move, move, move.
Come, come, folks, come, come on, come on, hey, come on. Do it, do it,
do it, do it, do it. I have to reach you that point that I can see the
arcline right

Exercise 4
Time: 3 Minutes

Posture:
Raise the arms up and clap the hands. Clap loud, and clap above the head.
DO NOT BRING THE HANDS DOWN, it will ruin the whole thing we have created.
Move the tattvas and get rid of disease.
Time: 3 minutes
Mantra: Punjabi drums
Breath: Unspecified
Eyes: Close your eyes
2:43: Now get angry. Hit me, hit me, hit me, hit me, hit me, hit me, hit me. Angry, angry, angry, angry, angry.
Hit, hit, hit, hit, hurt, hit, hurt. hit, hurt, hit.
3:00: Relax.
Comments: Above your head. Louder, louder. Come here, do it. ABOVE YOUR HEAD, please. Don't bring it
down. It'll ruin the whole thing we have created. Just clap, no dancing. Clap. Harder, harder, harder. Move
the tattvas. Harder. It'll save your arthritis. Harder, harder. Hey, hey, get rid of the disease, get rid of
the disease. Harder. Don't you hear word English "Harder"? Doesn't matter, keep going. Catch up the
rhythm. Harder, harder, folks, for God's sake, for your sake. Harder. Hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit.
Exercise 5
Time: 30 seconds
Sing an old, national song
Now there's a song to be sung. Which one you'll prefer? You all have to sing it together. Some national song?
Some? "Saints are Marching In?" That's okay? Everybody... we are Judeo Christian background, we happen
to be somebody. What... it's too Christian, it's not Jewish?
(Everyone sings: "When the Saints Come Marching In".) Anything common you can sing freely. Old song, not
new age song. This is pretty old. (Singing) Okay, okay, it worked, it worked, it worked. If you sing a very old
song after these exercises, automatically your face will smile whether you like it or not.

---------------------Lecture Comments:
Human psyche is more powerful than a human. It's power. And tonight we'll like to little bit work with that
and give it a touch, if you are willing. Otherwise class can be closed.
Purpose of life is happiness, and mode of life is unhappy. And this criss cross, people found Kundalini Yoga.
Some of you who are in the west do not understand this science. It was one authentic science organized,
developed and done for the householder to live happily to give householder the power, the vitality, the
intuition, and it was time-saving factor.
The basic word which I say, "Keep Up," that's all I say, because that's human. To rise above everything,
face every challenge and win. Grow. Fly up. Go above it. Go above your attachment, your own emotion, your
own fears. If you can't do it in your own self, you can't do for others, and million people need your help.
Human strength is unlimited. Human character is the by-product of unlimited existence. But the tragedy is to
exist on the earth you have to have a defined existence. It's not that there's no life anywhere else. There is
a life all over the universe and beyond universe, and whatever you can imagine, you are imagining life is there,
but it's all transparent. You call them angels, you call them ghosts, it doesn't matter. It's the same life.
To some you pray, to some you fear. Whatever that is. But that's a reality. There is an angel and a ghost in
all of you. And in the science of yoga it is called 'Ida' and 'Pingala'. In the science of chemistry and physics,
it is called 'negative' and 'positive'.
But there's UFO in everybody. Every person, per minute, has a UFO. You deal with a person at 11:30. At 11:31
the person has a UFO. He has already traveled from one space to another.
We do belong to different religions to express our realities. We belong to different mode of life and specifics.
But basically life is divided or decided by two things. Are you above it, or you are struck by the undertow
of it.
From the day prior:
These exercises folks are over 5000 years old. I didnt make them up yesterday. Absolutely not. These are
human experiments. And all these siddhis I am telling you, they are absolutely have a effect which no herb,
no healing, and nothing can do. Takes 5 and 4, nine minutes. Each exercise exactly 3 minutes each. With a
minute or two break. Ok? Now put that tape on boy, and you have to do bhangara this way.
