Expertise to excel
We are capable of manufacturing
single piece castings weighing up to
35-40 tonnes in IS, BS, DIN, ASTM,
GOST standards. Our foundry has
induction furnace that can produce
over 10 tonnes per crucible and there
are two crucibles. The capacity of the
holding furnace is 25 tonnes.
Steel manufactured by us is microprocessor controlled, ensuring
adherence of castings to exacting
chemical, mechanical and
metallurgical properties.
The foundry uses advanced
techniques such as no-bake sand
systems, computer aided design and
process control, enabling manufacture
of castings up to 10 meters length with
precision and dimensional stability.
Quality is guaranteed right from the
selection of raw materials to the final
product through a comprehensive
programme of Quality Management
System.
On time delivery is one of the
distinguishing features of our foundry's
capabilities. We have concentrated
our efforts on continuous product
development and process capability.

Making the grade

The heavy foundry manufactures
Castings, Ingots, forging Ingots in
various Indian and international grades
and caters to a wide variety of
industries such as sugar, steel cement,
sponge iron, fertilizers, refineries,
petro-chemical, paper, power, rolling
mill equipment and general
engineering.

internal soundness in intricate
contours even where heavy sections
are joined with thin walled areas, are

Our castings include: mill heads,
gears, pinions & trunnions, mill cheeks
& mill stands, turbines castings, kiln
tyres and grinding tables.
In addition to these, our metal castings
include yokes, plummer blocks,
bearing housings, rollers & shafts,
rudder stocks & head stocks and
pedestals & base plates.
Manufactured using high grade raw
material, these are widely appreciated
owing to their fine craftsmanship.
These metal casting and components
are widely used in numerous
industries. We also custom create
components and deliver them to
exacting client briefs.
