1.Boilthemilkinapan,stircontinuously.Oncethemilkstartsboiling,lowertheflame.Pourthe
lemonjuice.Stirthemilk.Oncethemilkstartscurdlingandchangesintochhana(cottagecheese)
andgreenishwater,removethepanfromheat.
2Leavethechhana/cottagecheeseinthisconditionfor57mins.
3.Putitoverasoftcottoncloth/oracheesecloth(ifyouhaveany).Letallthewaterdrainaway.
4.Nowputthisclothwiththechhana(cottageCheese)undercoldrunningwaterfor23
minutes.Thiswillhelptoremovethesmelloflemon.

Mixthemnicelywithyourpalmorputitinafoodprocessor.
2.Greaseanovenproofbowlwithbutterandputallthecheesemixtureintoit.
3.CookitintheMicrowavefor8minutesorso,tillitlookslike(Sondesh)fudge.After5minutesof
cookingcheckitinevery2minuteandstirit.
4.Letitcooldown.Thekeepitintherefrigeratorfor1to2hours.
5.Givethemdesiredshapeandserveitcold.
