Proposal I: NEWS is planning to increase its visibility through all the levels of society, by hosting meetings and
congresses for investors, governments and citizens in Europe and other countries, such as China, Australia and US.
We ask Perfect Event (PE) for an agreement to plan these events for us. The company is very interested in the
organisation but due to the distance will not consider short meetings as a feasible option, but will be available only
for bigger events. A more detailed plan of our necessities and PE requests is presented below:

Conclusion I: PE & NEWS agree on communicating more details by e-mail in the next week.
Proposal II: NEWS proposes PE to use a majority of green products for the catering of their events. NEWS is able to
provide contacts with companies manufacturing biodegradable disposable plates, environmentally friendly
detergents, natural and green decorations. PE seems positive with respect to this proposal, which will add a
different image to their events.
Conclusion II: PE will need some time to reflect on this topic, after that they will ask for more information.
Proposal III: PE is interested in installing renewable energy power sources for their Headquarter in California.
Their main concern is the impact on the aesthetics, so they request that the installations should not be visible.
NEWS will need more technical details (power consumption, environment characteristics) to provide an accurate
plan, however another possible solution is to connect PE headquarter to the electricity grid of a green energy
producer.
Conclusion III: PE & NEWS agree on communicating more details by e-mail in the next week.

CONCLUSIONS
The team of PE seems very open to partnerships projects especially for the positive image they will gain in the eyes
of all the environmentally conscious VIPs, possible customers that are in their area. This will give NEWS the
opportunity to advertise itself in the US, to a population that has not been targeted yet.
The next step will be to keep in contact, by sending some detailed requests with figures and numbers with respect
to Proposal I and to define the specifics for Proposal II and Proposal III.

Proposals: Product not fully developed yet, 2 more years.
No competitors =>strategic partnership.
They are having troubles with the stockage of hydrogen peroxide; we can supply them with a technical solution of
one of our contractors.
They are also looking for some advice in chemical industry.
We need technical characteristics of H2O2 to give them some pieces of advice.
If we are having a partnership, we can access to discounts in theirs products, especially useful for wind farm
maintenance.
We can help them improving the process efficiency by using "green" energy.
Appointments for the next meeting: Solutions to their problems, contacts.

CONCLUSIONS
We do not really think we are going to have another meeting, because we do not have much in common, and we
could tell that in the meeting, which was a bit weird. Anyway, we found some points of agreement and we would
like to develop them. As they are going to provide the US Army, some information is confidential and that is not
helpful at all, that is maybe why we could not find more thinks to discuss.
Suggestion: try harder to reach that company as they are going to supply an enormous market, which is the US
Army, and some others defence services why not.
