JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Quality Manager with responsibility for ensuring that all Customer Quality
requirements are met.
The role of the Project Quality Engineer is to translate Customer Quality requirements into
documents and disseminate them to the organization. The Project Quality Engineer is
responsible for developing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), performing gate reviews and interfacing
with the Project Manager, customers, suppliers and fabrication sites on project quality
requirements.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical), Engineering (Metallurgical), Engineering (Manufacturing) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in Project Quality Management in the oil and gas
industry.
Possessed working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Strong working knowledge of ASME Code Section VIII, IX and B31.x piping Codes including
certification
and compliance requirements.
Experienced in pressure vessel fabrication and have a good welding and fabrication
background.
Able to interpret drawings, ANSI Y14.5 (GD&T), electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Knowledge of paint operations to include preparation of surfaces, application of paint and
the use of
measurement tools is a plus.

Strong NDE background including ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrate
testing
and radiography.
Experienced in varieties of related manufacturing processes and process control concepts.
Results orientated and a self-starter with strong analytical skills.
