Summary

Work Integrated Learning Exposure (WILE) Program designed by the


Business College is a support to the institutions mission to provide graduates of
high integrity and quality that may include the course paper output as a
requirement of the course.
Part 1 discussed about the company. It includes the company background
or the history of the company. You can see their how they start the operation,
when it was started, how many years its existence and how the company grow
and achieved their goals. The main branch also was discussed where it was
located and the proper address. It discussed also the products and services
offered for their clients. The number of personnel they have. The organizational
structure chart was explaining the position of the personnel with their duties and
responsibilities and its qualification.
Part 2 discussed about the trainee documentations for the whole duration
of the Work Integrated Learning Exposure (WILE). It includes the application
letter

that

use

in

applying

in

the

company,

recommendation

letter,

acknowledgement letter, department assigned, department functions, information


about the unit head, my job description, tasks, and responsibilities, the schedule
of duty, daily log book, daily time record, weekly report with filled up log book,
pictorials, letter of thanks, performance rating report, WILE certificates and
Industry Immersion Contract.
The last part which is the Part 3 it discussed about the Work Integrated
Learning Exposure Evaluations consist of learning of the trainee in terms of
technical and personal learning insights during her stay in the workplace. The

company evaluations serves as the observations and daily encountered of the


trainee during the training at the workplace.
It is also include the recommendations of the trainee about the work
integrated learning exposure program on how it is being organized by the
coordinators in order to make the trainee comfortable enough to interact with the
employees in the workplace. To the company, the recommendation of the trainee
is based on what and how he/she feels is being treated in the workplace and how
he/she feels about the workplace.

Acknowledgment
The success of this on-the-job training will be made possible by these
important people who sincerely help the trainee achieve the objectives of this onthe-job training paper requirement. The support and the presence of these
persons will give the trainee optimism and enthusiasm in accomplishing this
requirement in their course.
To the Philippine National Bank Gensan Branch headed by Ms. Lynaida
C. Samera, the Branch Manager, for accepting the trainee and for the
camaraderie that has been established and for the learning she has acquired
which serve as her guide in her future endeavour.
To the Philippine National Bank Gensan Branch employees and staffs,
thank you for the warm welcome and for giving the trainee this one of a kind
experience in having our On-The-Job Training in your company. Also, for the
chance that the company has given the trainee to be the companys team and for
giving more knowledge in this fast and furious world of Financial Insdustry. And
most especially, for helping the trainee and its co-trainees to hone their
knowledge as they continue to strive in their ambitions in life.
The trainee will never forget the words of encouragement she shared
which enlightened the trainee to face the reality to where our course will lead us.
To the co-trainees, especially from the Holy trinity college and from NDDU
student, for sharing their ideas, their willingness to cooperate and the friendship
that make this immersion memorable.

To the trainees Instructor, Ms. Marsha Lou G. Villan, MAEc for helping us
on our paper. The trainees have learned a lot from you Maam. This time you
really made this On-The-Job-Training a challenging one for all of us.
To the trainees beloved family especially to Ms. Rosetely U. Lumbos, the
trainees mother, to Mr. Freddie H. Lumbos, the trainees father, deepest
gratitude and appreciation for being with the trainee all through the way from the
very beginning and for showing your unconditional love and unending support
financially, emotionally and spiritually.
Most of all, the trainee would like to give her greatest gratitude to our
Almighty God, for His bountiful blessings and continuous guidance for the on-thejob training experience. I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me.
