1. About Us
SRIVAS Research & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (SRC) came into
existence in 2000 and is based at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. SRIVAS is an

To access this site user system should have one among these
configurations.

2. User Console
User console Window will open the Home page with Login Box.

Home Page

A.

The Home page consists three login links:

i.

User Login

ii.

Sponsor Login

iii.

IRDA Login

User has to click on the User Login button to start the login process.

B.

User Login

i.

For login user can either entre

email id or the username it is
registered with

ii.

Click anywhere on the screen

and wait for the page to be
redirected.

iii.

Click on Get Password button.

The password generated will
be sent to the Users registered
cell phone. Now enter the
password sent to the mobile.

iv.

Enter the same code shown in

the box (case sensitive), User can hit Refresh to have another
new code.

v.

Click Login and User will be redirected to dashboard.

3. User Dashboard
Soon after login User will be redirected to User Dashboard.

The Dashboard is mainly consisting of all the activities provided. The

Activity is further divided into following parts:
Glossary: List of terms of special area with accompanying
definitions.
Post Question: Where User can post its related query
Online Lesson: The chapters it consisting of.
Batch Details: Displays the active batchs details
Status tab: Is used to show the situation at a particular time
during a process.

4. Glossary

Glossary is an alphabetical list of words relating to a specific subject, text,

or field, with definitions it can also be called as brief dictionary. In the
Users Dashboard the very first category is Glossary. As shown in the figure,
the every term is defined as per their initial letter ranging from A-Z.

User can get the definition by simply clicking on the required alphabet
from the top and scroll to the needed meaning.

5. Post Question
Now the another activity which will provide User to ask any relevant
query to our trainer.

They can simply click on the Post Question tab, the above box will open
in this User can write its query and after that click Post.
User can see his/her pending questions at the Dashboard. The questions
can be edited.

6. Online Lesson
The Online Lesson consist the chapters of the course assigned to the
user. By selecting this activity the window shown below will open.

This window will show all the chapters in ordered manner. User will
have to select the 1st chapter and cannot jump to another without
finishing up the prior one. They cannot navigate through the chapters it
means they have to follow the serial order to continue the reading.
By clicking on the chapter it will redirect to the online content.

There are two timers show the progress of the learning:

i.

Course Completed:
Displays the Total Time and Time Completed of the Course.

ii.

Chapter Completed: Displays the Total Time and Time

Completed of the Chapter.

A.

Show Full Screen

User can view the content on full screen mode by clicking the Show Full
Screen button.

B. Take A Test
After completing the Total allotted time of the chapter the user has to
give a test to check the chapters learning. Without giving the test the
user cannot go to next chapter.

i.

Click on the Take A Test button to go to Test Panel.

ii.

Select Exam Language (English/Hindi) and Exam Type (For

Exam/For Training).

iii.

Click on Start button.

The user has to complete the test within 30 minutes otherwise he will be
logged out automatically. For answering the questions user will select the
right answer from the available four options and then click on Next
button.
He/she can skip the question if he/she does not want to answer the
question.
After completing the test the user will submit it. After submitting the
exam all questions are visible with the given answer.
User

Show Result button.

After selecting the Show Result the user see his/her result summary.

User can print the test result.

User can Restart Test to

give the examination again.

Wrong answers can be seen by clicking on the View wrong Questions

with Correct Answers

Click on Logout to redirect on

Users Dashboard.

Test Result can also be seen in

Users Status at the dashboard.

After successfully completing

the test user can go to next
chapter by following the above same described process.

7. Batch Details
It gives the details of the current batch in which the user is enrolled. This
shows the following information:
Batch Name: Display the name of Batch of user.
Course Name: Display the name of Course of user.
Created On: Display the date on which batch is created
Start Date: Display the Start Date of Course.
End Date: Display the End Date of Course.

8. Status
It shows the detailed information about users
log time, time spent on reading and test
results.

A.

User Log

The User Log shows all the information regarding users previous
login.

It displays the User Name, Login & Logout Times, Login Dates, Total
Time spent during login, IP address from where user logged in and
details of the browser used for the login.

B.

My Status

It shows the Current Status of the Learning. It displays users URN

No., All Chapters Name with their Total Time and Time Spend.

C.

Test Result

Display the Result of all Tests given by the agent.

9. Exit Console
A.

Logout

The User can easily exit the console by clicking on the Logout tab
shown on the top right corner of the dashboard.
