requires.
Handling with care.
Please read these operating instructions carefully before operating your new
PIECO Hot Air Oven.

!Caution!
The operator shall be responsible for
any modifications to PIECO HOT Air Oven/Instrument
equipment and for any connections
of cables or equipment not
supplied by the Manufacture of Distributer of PIECO Hot Air Oven
and must check and, if necessary,
correct these modifications and
connections.

Warning and Safety Information:

Read this operating manual carefully before operating your Hot Air Oven.
Connect only PIECO Instrument accessories and options, as these are
designed for optimal performance with your Hot Air Oven.

!Warning:
Make sure that the voltage rating
printed on the AC adapter is identical
to your local line voltage.
The only way to turn power off
completely is by disconnecting the
AC adapter from the H.A.O
Protect the AC adapter from contact
with liquids.

Before Connecting Hot Air Oven cord to main line cheque proper earthing
of main Input line, its most important.
This product is intended for indoor
Use only.

!Warning:
This unit contains no user-serviceable
parts. Do not open the Hot Air Oven switch panel/control Panel,
outer inner chamber without permission of supplier/distributor /manufacturer, as this
voids the manufacturers warrantee.
Temperature Controller: Digital Display. One Display (TOP RED) shows process value
(PV) and BLUE Second One Shows set Value.
Operating Voltage: 220v A.C. 50Hz.
Thermostat: It is an energies switch with marking 0 to 100. Main function of this
Thermostat energize voltage ON and OFF mode within a time period, means if you
wish slow heat of a particular set temperature you keep minimum value of regulator
from 0 TO 100 and if you wish first heat keep the regulator knob on 100.
Indicator: Three Indicators in all. One for BLOWER/ Circulating Fan, 2 one for Heating
Elements. ON/OFF process. Third One is for Main ON.

Switches: One for Hot Air Oven Main AC Input. One switch for Blower ON/OFF. For
Uniform Heat process for Hot Air Oven Blower Switch Should be ON.
Heating Elements: Heating Elements are Nichrome/Kanthal spiral Heating elements..
Relay: ON/OFF. Relay output NO & NC type.

Body Construction:
Designed for drying and other applications in Quality control Laboratories in various
Industries like Steel, Cement, Fertilizer, Chemical and many more Industries including
Research Laboratories.
The Hot Air Oven has double-walled inner chamber stainless steel with removable
shelves of stainless steel. Temperature range ambient to 350deg,.c. Temperature
control through best quality Digital Microprocessor based temperature controller with
time proportion (special application on request).
Heating elements Nichrome / Kanthal which are renowned for best performance and
suitable for high temperature Furnace and Ovens.
One Air circulation Blower placed suitable place in the inner chamber to circulate hot air
evenly throughout the chamber.
Neon indicators indicate Main ON / OFF & every function of operating even Blower,
Heating Elements, Switches.
Switches on Front Panel for AC main supply Input and another for ON / OFF of Blower.
Thermostat taking a major role in heating process of HOT AIR OVEN.
For rapid heat and slow heat you can adjust the set point of thermostat knob from 0 to
100 as required.
#Note - 100 means continue heating of elements without any interval & 0 means
complete off furnace/Oven heating.
