Guaranteed accomplishment of national defence and security objectives by the Armed Forces of the Russian
Federation requires brand new approaches to implementation of the national policy aimed at equipping the Armed
Forces with armament, military and special-purpose vehicles.
Organization of congresses and exhibitions to the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation is one
of the efficient ways to find creatively different, innovation and high-technology ideas and developments.
The experience of the first exhibition held last year allowed us to select a number of innovations provided in the
form of finished models and mock-ups. And some of these projects are already being implemented.
I suppose, the Ministry of Defence should be a self-consistent organizer of congresses and exhibitions in order to
achieve the highest possible implementation of the potential in search and analysis of advanced technologies. Moreover
such events should be international.

The International Forum Army 2015 organized by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation is scheduled
for June 16-19 and will be held at the premises of the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Centre with the Military and
Patriotic Park of Recreation and Leisure of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (town of Kubinka, Moscow Region).
The forum will be a major state event in the year of the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The purpose of the forum is consolidation of manufacturers and consumers of products and services within the
framework of a single event as well as establishing conditions for efficient search of innovative technologies and developments for the benefit of the national defence capability and combat readiness.
