solutions. This project involves multiple databases such as online Billing Management, Products
details and follow up about installations and accessed by all internal departments, for various
administrative, operational and installation process, and input respective departmental data
information such as Telecom solutions, Wi-Fi services, Voice over IP systems, allows more than
one administrators to access the database and grant privileges to different departments to edit
and update the information into the database and accessed across the state by the customers to
track the status of the installation, billing, complaints, and also for all other support services.
Responsibilities
Monitoring database, which include basic health checks, growth of objects, performance of
the database and giving recommendations.
Resizing the datafiles and adding datafiles to tablespaces as per the requirement.

operational details about all the financial module as well as manufacturing modules .This
database maintain information about the various services provided by Yamato Logistics and
accessed by all internal departments, for various administrative, operational and installation
process, International Project Logistics manifesting, verification units, IS information, CRM
departments and input respective departmental data into the database. This involves the
sales plan, production plan and the Activity plan based on a time session basis. And periodic
reports are generated required for senior management and business development which
provides 24x7 supports for all the application production databases, monitoring of production
servers, database jobs, etc. Users input, modify and report the needed information from
database for their operational process, variety of applications and tools from different
locations, access these databases with pre-granted privileges, different departments and
management people to edit and update their information in the production and the
distribution supply chain.
